THE WORST I’VE EVER DEALT WITH! Caroline is such an ugly soul. Literally told me I had 48 hours to leave the property with small ones for a leak in the ceiling that I’ve reported over a year ago. Maintenance is horrible, and nothing is communicated correctly. The rental property was not even livable for the duration of my stay, but they still expect rent to be paid on time. Stay FAR AWAY. If I can give them a negative zero I would!

The apartments I toured were a little small for us. The rental price is right but there are higher deposits required. The representative was very polite.

Solidly good landlord, sometimes a bit of a pain paperwork wise, but always good about getting things done when maintenance is needed
