Big Apple Pizza & Pasta, Hobe Sound FL

Do not eat here have been eating here for years and waitress tried to rip us off charging us a fee to add toppings to pizza plus the charge for the toppings. Plus charging charging us per item per slice of pizza. When she was caught she gave us free pizza and dessert plus salad. Stay away

The waitress took my order, talked me into ordering a Lg. Cheese pizza for 11.99 and then never put the order in. I only get a 30 minute lunch break and 20 minutes later I find out nothing is cooking. The same woman forgets something up every time that I come in for lunch. The worst part is that she is the only one serving tables so I can't even ask for someone else to take my order. It seems my days of coming here for lunch are over now. Horrible customer service!

Food is good however I've never had a good experience customer service wise. I use a 3 strike rule and well this was my 3rd strike. They close a half hour before posted so just be aware of that. Other than that can't say anything bad. This is my favorite place to go when it comes to pizza but it looks like I have to find a different one.

One of our daughters’ favorite. The pizza is great and a good value. The staff is always friendly with us and the service is quick. Nice easy spot with kids

This is what a NY pizza place is supposed to be like; supposed to taste like. The biggest problem here is that they are too close to Publix! I’m always stopping in for a slice. (Secret - their pizzas are real good but their reheated slices are amazing!)

I ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza, which they charged me six bucks more than the website said. After tipping the driver, it was a 32 dollar pizza: (. It tasted nothing like Alfredo, and the dried out chicken was sparse at best. It had absolutely no sauce, just cheese and grease with an occasional piece of overcooked chicken. I would be disappointed if I had not ordered food from there a couple times before. I gave 2 stars for service because their food is consistent. Consistently bad.

The staff was super friendly. The pizza was delicious. My son absolutely loved having lunch here.

We love the antipasti salad and the Stromboli! So good! But order before you are starving! They say 20 minutes but it's closer to 40. Worth it! But just plan accordingly.

Lots of options on the menu. House salad dressing is really good. Fair prices for quality food!

Sunday night is too busy. Staff works fast but quality suffers and things run behind. Delivery drivers beware

Burnt egg plant the meat balls are good next time you eat there stay away from the egg plants

We eat in and do delivery! They are always so friendly, they go above and beyond and the food is great!

I ordered from Big Apple Pizza tonight
for the first time…… the eggplant Parmesan was wonderful and I really liked the Italian wedding soup and I really liked the Italian wedding soup. I have to say that the people were so nice and personable as well, I will absolutely be making this a regular stop

When they delivered the food, when they delivered the food, but even stopped to say hi to they even stopped to say hi to my Dobermanthey even stopped to say hi to my dogs.

I am from the south and haven't had much Italian food in my life because other places I've been serve watery lasagna, and pizza that taste like the box.
Oh my gosh this place is so good, the best sauce I've ever tasted. The staff is really nice too.

Food was sub par. Had to keep going up to the check out to ask for food and or drinks. Waitress was eating/drinking in back but couldn’t be bothered to bring our food out.

Had their pizza last week and it was great! So good that I had to order it again later in the week for our house party. Had an issue with one of the pizzas and they made it right by delivering a new pizza ASAP! Nice to have options in Hobe Sound.
