There driver blocked me in the handicapped space. No one should ever block a handicap space. She was rude and illegally blocking 2 handicap spaces. B@tch

It's really a great service to have in are area however I am a passenger and sometimes riders do have to wait but some people don't have any other means of transportation. Thank you Big Bend for what you do.

Great transportation for cizitens, but there is more areas for improvement from an operational stand point. And the individuals who knows best is its drivers. Who is the companies valuable employee.

Called to setup a ride for my patient and the phone receptionist was rude, dry and unprofessional. You're absolutely right Ms. Receptionist I would rather speak with the insurance rep than to utilize your services!

A guy driving bus #1402 just came to Harbor Chase to pick up a resident who's living in an Assisted Living facility, seen the resident rolling out to get on the bus in his wheelchair & literally still pulled off, we were knocking on the bus trying to stop him because the resident was literally about 3 feet away from the vehicle & the driver hit the gas and pulled OFF! Thank God the resident wasn't injured, that's terrible customer service especially a company of this nature that deals with disabled people daily, also we called to report the driver actions & his Supervisor "Van" he wouldn't give a last name was very RUDE, talking bout the driver grace period is 5 minutes, REALLY? I can only imagine mistreatment people deal with using this company! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The gadsden express is good the driver is awsome the folks is good but the only problem is the raggedy chevrolet bus.get a blue bird or thomas instead

I live next to a gentleman that takes the van everyday, he recently had knee surgery and doesn't move fast. The van #1706 showed up early today and was very rude to the gentleman to the point he was crying. He was trying to get ready for church and the driver was threatening to leave him. He was outside pleading with the driver not to leave. That was not very good customer service.

Definitely horrible with timing! My appointment was at 10am they called and told me they was going to pick me up at 9: 00 and didn’t get here until close to 11: 00. I would not recommend using them at all!

Horrible! Having lived in Tally for years I can't even count the amount of times I've witnessed drivers for this company do terrible things. Reviewing today because I saw vehicle 1605 cut across 3 lanes to make the left hand turn signal, while cutting about 5 people off. I will never recommend or let loved ones use this service. They should really have "how's my driving? " stickers! Answer: horrific
