Ordered a P80 frame on black friday. They failed to tell everyone it was a pre order and just acted like it was in stock. Almost a month later and still hasn't shipped. They just blame P80 and say it's all their fault, when in reality they are selling stuff they don't even have in stock. On top of it they make you pay a membership fee for this kind of service. WHAT A JOKE.

We had a package that said it was delivered but we never received it. We reached out to Big Daddy unlimited and they started the claim process immediately. Their customer service was superb and efficient!

Gaby G.was super helpful with me. I had a problem with my tracking number and she was able to find out what happened to my package. Turns out, they just gave me the wrong tracking number. Great customer service, very responsive!

10/10 I will forever be a customer of BDU and it was all on my last transaction.

I ordered a Holosun 508t with their Black Friday Special and it ended up coming with a FREE Lancer mag due to the orders cost. It was close to two weeks with no updates on my order and the product disappeared from their site. As I lost hope I decided to give them a call. I then call customer service and started to get assistance from Christopher D (He is single handily why I love BDU). He quickly noticed the issue and gave me an option for a full return which isn’t common or if I still wanted to push with them and trust they would push to get me the product. I said I’d prefer to get my refund and follow through with Amazon as I could get the product in 2-4 days.

He then said, I understand your decision but I can promise to get it to you within that time frame while you’ll also still get your Lancer Magazine. While I was hesitant he was certain. We pushed through and within 24hrs I had tracking for both. Then within 2 days I received both products!

(This is where my loyalty comes into play)
After I received them I was beyond satisfied and I thought that was it. He they called me the next day (today) to follow up! He remembered my situation and showed his care/concern and ensured my satisfaction. In todays world that alone is hard to come by and I’m nothing but appreciative. His professionalism and kindness made my holidays that much better and I wish nothing but the best to him and the BDU family.

For anyone wondering if BDU is worth it, YES.

The membership has perks and discounts that are unmatched but most of all the best customer service I’ve ever had. THANK YOU!

Great experience with these peeps so far. Website super easy to use. Great deals. There is a shop about 45 minutes from my house. Have called the store and left chat messages to get questions answered and they have been super helpful. I’m not a noob but confining shipping address or product questions sometimes it’s best to ask FIRST. They have not disappointed. Give them a try NOW.

I signed up to check out their prices. Found what I wanted at a good price. Since there are many regulations involved with firearm transfers, I chatted with James. He was a friendly and very helpful assistant. I was pleased after communicating with him, on the chat. Answered all of my questions, and very quickly. So far I'm glad I have chosen to do business with them.

ADDED REVIEW FROM 12/14/2021 (Google didn't allow me to add another BDU review (we just get one review per business), hence this add-on review on top of my previous one) :

I just had a new purchase, which was mainly made possible by BDU Fulfillment Representative David C. He made sure to contact my local FFL in Philly in order to get the transfer and FFL info that was needed for this order. David kept me in the loop through the process, and helped it go through smoothly and fast. I appreciated his assistance alot, and give him and BDU another 5-STAR review!

This order was for a S&W M&P Sport-2, which is an early Christmas gift to myself. Cant wait to receive my new AR-15, which is en-route to my local FFL. Thanks for all the assistance & great customer service David C and the rest of the BDU Team provide. You guys ROCK!

Hello Big Daddy members & ones that will be. Every since I found out about Big Daddy I’ve been hooked been a member since (2014/2015). They have great prices, excellent selection of products & most importantly the customer service has been the biggest reason I’ve came back again & again they have & will go the extra mile to make sure you’re satisfied.

There’s a few names of the excellent staff that have made my purchasing experience very special. There’s Big Ben my bother from another mother, Matt, Jen, Joe in special orders just to name a few & they have added new staff members, spoke with one today, James Sweitzer this young man has a bright future ahead, a great addition he’s extended & went the extra mile keeping with their excellent tradition of the service I’ve received over many, many years, see why he was chosen, good job James.

If anyone setting on the fence give it a try first month for. 99 cents how can ya resist & with Big Daddy bucks for every dollar spent the future is bright for the members, I’m looking forward for what else they have in store for us.

There is a extremely helpful young lady that goes by the name of Sandy that works in customer service. And boy is she good at her job! I am not the kind of person that complains just for the sake of doing so. I felt the need to share a problem and complaint that could possibly save other customers from experiencing the same headache I had with one of the product offered by Big Daddy Unlimited. Sandy got right on it! Getting the word out to those in control, to make sure this issue would get resolved. She was super fast about getting the word out not only to those in control but an immediate response to me as well. Thank you Sandy for being there for me and for doing what you do so well! Your job!

I ordered a mantix 3 online for my father in law 10 days ago, I was charged for tracking. As of today nothing has shipped, the tracking doesnt work when you click on the link, it says no longer availibe. The item showed instock but when I called the shop days after placing the order I was told it was being preparied to ship from the manufacture. They could not tell me when it would ship and really had no desire to help resolve the problem. I think that the savings you recieve for paying for a membership is not worth it, ussuming that you recieve the product. All of my LGS are much more helpful.

I’ve been a long time member of BDU and have ordered tons of stuff from their online store. Recently, my order was delayed because of warehouse relocation. I emailed Support and Alex F got back to me the same day, looked into it, and within the same week, my package was sent out to me. I really appreciate the prompt comms and for the inconvenience, they waived a monthly membership payment. That’s how you make it right. I greatly appreciate everyone working hard at BDU. Keep up the great work.

Didn’t consider the subscription fee to be worth it, except for the fact they stock 40mm chalk rounds. The ones they sent were out of spec, either not accepting the blank, the round not fitting the launcher, or both.with one exception out of 25 rounds. Spoke to customer service who initially advised me to hit the back of the blanks with a hammer to get them in! Later that evening I received an email asking some questions. I replied, and then they simply stopped replying. I sent two more emails to separate addresses and got no reply. The impression I’m getting is that they know they shipped a bad product and hope it’ll go away so they don’t have to put it right. I’ve began the process with consumer protection and will update this review when I hear back from them.

I found this store and I can't say enough about the excellent service they need to add an infinite star rating system and I would select that infinite star. Alex took care of every question I had and did not rush me as I have felt from other stores. I would and am telling everyone this is the place that your need to shop. This is ridiculous that you have to sign up for $9.99 a month just to view the inventory. (It say sign up for trail 30 day trail or pay $9.99 a month to view inventory) I have never seen a website that you have to pay to just view it.
That just put me off and its a no, there are plenty of sites that you dont have to pay

Great deals great gear and the customer service is excellent Chelsey C.was a huge help for me. And even when I couldn't get a certain order because of my state sheets quick to swap out another one for me without all the hassle of a refund and a re-Order.
They are Pro 2A and work with their customers and treat us top notch as companies should. Great community to be apart of.

Not only that, he was quite familiar with the red dot optics I purchased from his own personal experience and made me feel good about my purchase from BDU… And he helped me cost justify my monthly subscription to BDU.
