The service here was great I literally went 3times in one week and made friends the staff are so knowledgeable you would buy anything they recommend I love the fact that they had everything I mean everything

What a joke place to order from. Not from here and the lady on phone had no ideal and couldn’t help to deliver beer only 4miles away… won’t do that again

Like I said before, I don't know how Big Daddy's gets the associated but the three places I have visited which they are on very different locations from where I live, associates are always very nice, polite, and well trained, I work in Hospitaty Hotels usually 5 stars, 5 diamond, and I think the Big Daddy's Company really give a good training and orientation to his associate. So in the first place I thanks Kendall Store, 2nd Hialeah Store, and last Coconut Grove Store, that some associates need to improve there vocabulary in front of around the Customer even if they know the customer for years the customer it's always a customer not there friends so make sure that your vocabulary it's fine and acceptable for everyone.

My new favorite place to buy liquor honestly a friend recommended that I buy here and I thought it was going to be expensive just because you know "Flannigans" but I was such in awe with the prices and of course the customer service very helpful and friendly.

9 mins from my house. Was surprised they were open till 3am! They have a window on the side so don’t be discourage when u come and the door is locked. Head towards the parking lot turning right when facing the entrance.

Very very disappointed on the customer service I received on 10/04/22. They are misleading and don’t honor their promo advertisements. I saw they had a BOGO on Botran 8yrs so based on the promo I decided to purchase. However, once I get to the register the cashier rang it up and advise it’s no longer BOGO. She advised that one of their employees did not remove the sign. I advised it’s not my fault the sign was not removed. I decided to make a purchase based on what the sign reads it’s available at BOGO. I even took a picture and showed the employees. The cashier calls upper management to advise situation and upper management decided not to honor promo. Let me be clear, it’s not the cashier fault it’s upper management for not honoring what they advertise and covering for employees mistakes. Anywhere else this situation were to happen, management would of made the right decision to honor what is advertised. All for a $20 bottle. Very disappointed on upper management. I have been a loyal customer of Big Daddy for many years and never have I received the service I received that night.

Thank you Rosy “cashier” for doing your job of escalating it to upper management and for calming the situation.

The other two male employees were no good. Get a 0. Instead making the situation better only added more fuel to the fire by saying it’s not their fault, raising their voice at me as if I was there begging or stealing. I have been there many times to make purchases that even rosy recognized me. The two male employees needs retraining in customer service and how to speak to customer and how to ease a situation.

Overall, beware of their false advertisement.

Fine liquor store, big parking lot was full, had to wait for car to leave at Flannigan's restaurant next door. There were only three customers at Big Daddy's.

They have a nice, wide selection of all spirits and a very decent amount of special bottles behind the counter. I don't live in the area but I'll return eventually since the staff is nice and accommodating.

Decently stocked store sadly the girl and the curly headed dude looked at me weird and when I asked them for something behind the counter I noticed they were laughing at me. I didn’t want to ask for anything more so I got what they gave me and went to Grove a few blocks away.

Reasonable prices. Good range. I like using my frequent drinker card points to get ribs from the restaurant.

I visit this store at least once a month. Primarily for beer and spirits. I buy the wine somewhere else. Staff is always helpful and polite.young guys with manners, something not easy to find these days especially in a store!
prices are OK, very convenient.

Great neighborhood place with affordable specials. If you are looking to watch a sports game, this is the place to go.

Very good selection of liquor, pretty decent selection of wine etc, and ok selection of beers.nothing that special, but not just domestic.staff is really helpful and knowledgeable.pretty solid rewards program.

It's like a toy store for social drinkers. Staff is very friendly and help you choose between different brands. Plus you get points that can be used for Flannigan's. How can you go wrong. Love it.

The guy that rung me up was awkward. He kept watching me as I walked through the store. He made sure to tell me to check out with him. He requested my ID and kept looking at it front and back. He then asked me if the ID was mine or my sister's because "it doesn't look just like me". He then took his time ringing up and bagging my stuff. Very weird vibes from him. Do not recommend.
