Big Ed was dispatched by my elderly moms roadside assistance when her battery died at the grocery store. "Big Ed" was super communicative and helpful. Lisa arrived 25 minutes later and couldn't have been sweeter or more efficient. My mom was back on the road in no time. Thank you Big Ed and Lisa for everything!

I called for service for a flat tire at around 7 pm. It is currently 11: 05pm and I still haven’t seen or heard from anyone from this company. I’m very angry and dissatisfied with this service. You could at least pick up the phone

Terrible slow service. I called progressive for roadside assistance and 3 and a half hours later no one showed up. I ended up canceling the service request. 90 to 120 eta then 15-20 minutes more like 3 hours.

Ed & Ed did a wonderful and efficient job jump starting my car using TWO power sources. Quite an operation. And they arrived in just 5 minutes. Great service!

Ed and ed came over, assessed the situation, took care of the problem and were great assistance. These guys deserve. 10/10 5 star service 100% of the way. Great service and extremely helpful

I called roadside assistance because my rental wasn’t starting & they sent Big Ed’s Auto Rescue.

He gave me an eta of 60 minutes, but after over an hour & called lying saying that he was sent the wrong address…as I’m literally looking at the service request with my exact location on it.

He told me he was about 30 minutes away & didn’t show for over an hour.
He lied about having the wrong address so he could excuse himself for not honoring the eta he sent, & still continued to lie about his eta.

I waited for over two hours in the heat & humidity. It flared up my asthma & caused me to have a no call/no show at my new job.roadside assistance companies like Big Ed’s don’t appreciate their customers because they get clients regardless through these rental car companies.

These companies need to start vetting the small businesses they use for emergency roadside calls because AAA would NEVER & are always honest about their eta because they peoples LIVELIHOOD is on the line here.

10/10 don’t recommend. I hate ppl who lie for no reason.

Big Ed is the man. Got locked out of my car and he was there within seconds. Literally. Had my car opened within a minute or two. Fastest service there is.

Great service work. Replaced tire safely. And great guy to have a conversation with while work is being done. Awesome job

Big Ed's was WONDERFUL! We broke down in our motor home on the side of the road and he came to our rescue at 11: 30 at night. So friendly and professional. He did an excellent job. He even stopped by the next morning to bring us some more fuel. Absolutely would recommend him and his services!

I locked my keys in the car (I know.terrible lol). I waited maybe an hour and 30 minutes. Marius came to unlock my car and it was quick! No damage to my car and he referred a locksmith to me to get smart key for my car! No complaints here!

Incredible service, could not recommend them more. They arrived well before estimated time they had provided (which was already considerably faster than two separate competitors I called prior to calling Big Ed’s). Solved our issue in a matter of minutes. Very friendly and professional service at a fair/competitive price.

The only roadside service that would come to my rescue at 3am. Definitely dropping roadside coverage with progressive insurance and picking Big Ed’s roadside service for my Emergency services. Thanks again

Exemplary service. I was stranded in a dark parking lot after having locked my keys in the trunk of my car. The owner himself personally came to assist me after I told the agent that I didn't feel safe in the parking lot. After manuvering around some unforeseen challenges, he was able to get my keys and save me from having to spend additional money. The owner was personable and extremely well mannered. I would highly recommend this company.

I took my daughter skating and locked my keys in the car. I live in Jacksonville and Ed just happened to be in my area visiting a mutual friend. He took time away from his vacation to helped me. He was so professional. Not only that, but the same evening while a friend and I were out she had car trouble and Lord and behold here Ed came again to the rescue. Not to be all sentimental but Ed was there for a reason and I don't know who we would have called if he wasn't. Thank you Ed for being my knight in shining armor.
