Big John's Tires, Port Richey FL

The guys at big johns really helped me out. They had the size tires I needed and took care of me right away. The price I was given on the phone is exactly what I paid. No nonsense, nice guys I will recommend to friends and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Dude unfortunately tried to rip me off. My guy friend told me to come here because they patched tires for a good price. He went 1 week before me and they charged him $10. The guy at the front desk told me it was $35 after they did it. I asked why it was $35 and he couldn't give me an answer. I said, "you guys patched it right? " He said yea. I said the sign says $15-20? I said, "you guys just did my friends tire for $10? " After stuttering for 3 mins he said he could do $20. Definitely an awkward situation and I won't be back.

I didn't get their names, but the 2 guys that just took care of my car (on a sat) were awesome. Literally had my tire changed like before I was done paying for it. 12pm appointment, driving home by 12: 07.

I drove an hour to come here to get my new tires on the recommendation of Tampa Jeep Krewe and also Big John’s reviews.

Pulled up and was I barely out of my Jeep and I was already greeted by two employees, who were extremely friendly and then shortly after, the owner, who was equally as friendly. It’s definitely a well run family friendly business but you feel like you’re at a friends house getting your car worked on.
Great price (he had the best price on the tires I wanted), they got the work done quickly, and the customer service was A+ from the second I ordered the tires. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough.

Awesome staff, service, and execution! I have been coming to this shop for years with my 2019 Civic Type R as they were the only local place I knew and trusted to deal with the big 20-inch wheels on my car. They also installed the exhaust on the car and hasn't needed any further attention since installation. Small shop but these guys mean the business and will leave you happy after the transaction. I even got a puncture a week after a new set of tires went on and they repaired it free of charge. If you need tires this is the place to go or even just to have them installed this is the place to go!

Great group of people, good attitudes, prices are affordable.

I ordered a lift for A 2018 Ram and two days later I traded my truck in for a Ford and told him to cancel the order. I have been getting run arounds from him and haven’t even gotten some of my money back this is the second time he has done this to me. I gave him a 500 deposit because he told me that’s what I had to put down to order the lift

We were off for our first boat ride in a year. My husband was on the road to recovery from cancer and we were excited to get out. Noticed that the trailer tires were a bit low so stopped at a gas station to fill up. Got to port richey and we’re about to launch and saw that one tire was going flat…hurried across 19 to Big John’s and Jeff greeted us with a smile and an I can can help you out and less than an hour later had two new tires at an extremely resonance price! The gent installing even greased her up at my request! They were so awesome and turned our disappointment into a happy time as we were able to launch and have our first adventure on the water in a very long year!

Best service around! Ordered my tires at 5 pm and had them first thing the next morning and replaced them in a timely manner during my lunch break. Great prices and friendly service!

They are awesome, great prices with great service. I highly recommend them. I speed around allot for tires & they had the best price. I mean tires aren't cheap but they were half what I was quoted other places. We were there 30 minutes & done. Make sure to make an appointment especially for Saturdays

Big johns tires went out of their way today to exceed my expectations I want to thank them for being a reliable solution.
They sold me four tires about eight months ago I’ve damaged one tire and they cannot get the tire for me I was able to find a tire on my own and they installed it for free at no cost and would not except any money at all.
Thanks and I definitely will refer and be there when I need tires again.

Best tire shop I have been to yet! Will recommend them to everyone I know. Jeff had some great recommendations on tires for my truck according to my preferences. They ordered them in very quickly and got them mounted on my truck while working around my schedule. Very genuine guys that seem like your dealing with a friend rather than a corporate chain business.
