AWFUL! I got a helix peircing done and I find out it’s done wrong! With too short of a bar! Big bump on the back with pain and swolleness and a very uneven and crooked peircing.a helix is supposed to be done in a straight vertical line and not at such a down wards angel! Very disappointing.

Ahh i got my nose pierced and i love it! The process was super fast and not that painful (3/10). Overall, good experience and would def go here for again for a tattoo/piercing!:)

I got tattoed by mattie and he was so rude and extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He got offended when I said I wanted a different font and messed up on the lettering. He even messed up a bit and I walked back in to get it fixed and he acted as if it was an inconvenience for him when he was the one who made an error!

Got my girlfriend's nips pierced. Can't say it was painless but they were prompt and friendly. The place was clean and we were in and out.

Scott went above and beyond, this is a great shop, very clean and some really great people. This shop will make you feel comfortable regardless of what you get done. Out of all the shops in south Florida I highly recommend this shop! I went to multiple shops and there were none that made me feel so comfortable! Very happy.

I was researching tattoo shops because I finally decided to get my first tattoo. I landed on Big Kahuna because of its great reputation even though I live in Miami and let me tell you, it’s well worth the drive. The shop is clean and the people are friendly and accommodating. I met with Nick and we discussed what I wanted. Nick is incredibly knowledgeable and quite an artist. He took my idea and designed something better than I had imagined. He’s very sweet and super easy to talk to. He made me feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. He’s a great conversationalist which I appreciated because it made me forget I had a needle tapping into my back. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better artist. I highly recommend this shop, but more than that, I highly recommend Nick. If you’re looking for an artist that knows his trade and is also an all around sweetheart to deal with, Nick is your guy. Thank you for making my first experience so much fun.

I was referred here by a friend because it's really convenient and popular in the area. I brought my own design and everything. I was told immediately that any tattoo I got done had to have a black ink line around it, I couldn't have the teal blue star in the center like I wanted. I was helped by Matt. As soon as I got home I noticed a line on my tattoo was crooked. I swung by the next day and was told it was too soon to do anything to it. I went back to the location in an appropriate time and really the only thing he did was make ONE line on my tattoo thicker than the others to make it less obvious that it was crooked. Not really sure if it had to do with the original error but the color seemed to bleed from just that one line and is inconsistent with the rest of the tattoo. All in all, I feel I overpaid and didn't feel like I got a good tattoo there honestly. I've gotten more tattoos since, at different places obviously, and got much better work at similar or better prices.

Nick is the absolute best! I've been getting tattooed for over 20 years in both NY & LA and I was at a loss since I moved down here until I found him. In addition to being an amazing artist, he is an absolute sweetheart. He always makes me feel at home (which is very important to me when I'm getting tattooed) and is always extremely helpful in every way. If you're looking for a fabulous tattooer and all around awesome friendly guy, look no further.

My friend and I decided to get tattoos together and after seeing all of the good reviews, we went to Big Kahuna. I met with Nick about the idea I had for a camera on my finger. He was very helpful and friendly and kept me distracted with his witty banter. The tattoo came out perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with it. You must see Tom. Amazing work. Did a few tattoos for my girl and now a new one for me. He loves what he does and it shows in his work an attention to detail. Super sterile, really nice welcoming shop. Everyone was nice. Go see Tom! I had high expectations and he exceeded them.

Got my lip pierced here and I would definitely recommend going to them for piercings (looked at the tattoo portfolios as well and they look amazing). They know what they are doing and are more than happy to answer all the weird and wonderful questions.
