My son and I had so much fun today. Lots of paperwork but so worth it. Very knowledgeable and worth every penny! Afterwards we ate at perdidlicious and had the best steak tacos we‘ve ever tasted. Highly recommend. Delicious

Never left a review on anything ever, much less a bad one… this place booked me and when i showed up i walked in, nobody in the office so i left after waiting 30 minutes past my booked time, sent a message on facebook letting them know nobody is there and i’d like a refund, the lady called me and said they can’t refund, after that i told her i would not be in town and couldn’t reschedule. She sent me a refund within the day and got my money back the next day, then the following day it withdrew from my account again and still have yet to get the $300 back.

Place was great l! Ladies at the front desk were very nice! Ripped the jet skis and had so much fun!

Great customer service and very patient! It was nice that an employee goes out with you and guide you around and also allow you to free ride! 10/10!

Rented two skis this morning for my daughter’s birthday (her request). We got an extra bonus with the blue angels practicing directly above us for our entire hour. To top it off one of the men working the dock overheard my 9yo daughter say “best birthday ever” as we headed up to put our jackets away. This man went above and beyond by coming out and handing my daughter a little something and telling her happy birthday. You can’t make stuff like this up. Class act sir, thank you!

Where do I even start. This place is amazing. So we decided to book jet skis and the guided pontoon tour. Let me tell you worth every penny. The jet skis were so much fun and the staff was great. Then when our jet ski ride was done we had time to eat at the food truck onsite before our guided pontoon tour began. The food was awesome. Next on to our pontoon tour and it was so much fun. The kids loved it. We saw so much stuff and learned a lot about the lagoon and stuff surrounding it. We saw a lot of dolphins and lots of cool boats. We already can't wait to do it again. All in all we spent the day at big lagoon and it was so worth it. You won't regret taking the tour we didn't. Amazing staff and tour guide.

We are visiting from Texas. Came over here to rent a jet ski for 2 hrs. It was amazing! We went to several islands, saw dolphins, etc. Customer service is exceptional and they are very thorough. Thank you for a great time!

Family and I did the guided Pontoon tour. We had so much fun! They weren't kidding we really did see dolphins! Staff is super friendly will definitely be back. If I could leave 10 stars I would!

Comfy brand new SeaDoos! Lots of dolphins by the sand island. They also offer private guided pontoon dolphin cruise. Very fun!

This place is great and the staff is wonderful. We took a guided pontoon tour today with our family. It was so much fun. Our tour guide was super friendly and funny. He knew a lot about the area and was able to show us some dolphins and other fish. It was a great time. We loved that we were able to pick our own music to listen to. Definitely would do it again. Loved that it was so private and it was just our family. Thank you Big Lagoon and Rob for making the start of our vacation a good one.
