Big Lots, St. Petersburg FL

Well this particular store has a wide food selection. I was looking for school supplies and found zero. They seem to have a good variety of everything else. The staff are all helpful and attentive but didnt have what I needed this trip.

Call ahead and then make me wait 4 hour. What take long? Man name start with J or M or maybe A no remember. Just need one more film

This unfortunately is the second time I went there to pick something up that was email to me and like before they didn't have it.

Very nice, met up with friends for a quick lunch and huggs. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I haven't been in Big Lots in a while, it looks like they have upped their game, cleaner more organized stores, better check outs. A good look for them, hope it works

This is a much better store than 62nd Ave. I'm very happy that I checked it out although my wallet might disagree.

Went to big lots located on 34 st and my shopping experience was amazing! The furniture mananger Mikey is so friendly and professional at what he does! He had answered all my questions to the best of his ability, And gave me his business card to call the store if I had any questions about online ordering, I find this to be very helpful in the future, Mikey is the best and I will be returning more often The store has very friendly employees, And it's also clean! I am truly pleased with my experience!

I had the most incredible experience today at my neighborhood Big Lots. Kudos and huge High 5 go out to Assistant Manager Sherry, Furniture Manager Mike and Customer Service Cashier Ryan for making my experience at their store fantastic. They went Above and Beyond to help me find just the right patio furniture and made me 100% satisfied! Now that is Teamwork and I will be forever grateful for everything they did for me today!

Very disappointed with the service I received while shopping in your store. I could not use the coupons you sent me. The manager refused to honor them after I showed him I just received them on my email.theres no help to assist you when you're looking for an item. This is the absolute worst experience ever, and I will never shop there again.ex

The way they handle returns and exchanges is punitive not easy or quick it is a long drawn out process

Renovations make it easy for check out. Cashiers are friendly and fast. Always good deals. Check it out.

I went to big lots looking for a certain item in the furniture department, Had a short female with blond hair walk past me who had seemed to be a manager and did not take acknowledge of my presence that I needed help, A gentleman named Mikey who had then approached me apologized for the wait and explain that they where extremely busy. He then walked me through all the questions I had, took his time with me and exceeded to explain more in detail about the furniture I was interested in! Mikey not only made my shopping experience fantastic! But i was so happy to leave knowing that I had received great information about the sofa that I had purchased, and had gotten a 3 year protection! Mikey is extremely the best! I will be returning

Lots of great deals and very friendly staff and customers l. They had alot of items that you dont see other places you may shop. There are alot more varieties of the same products. The store was clean and the shelves were all stocked and items were very easy to find. I had no problem spending $250.00 and walk out feeling like i got $350.00 worth of goods! Thank you big lots!
