Big Lots, Pensacola FL

Good sized store, very clean and well organized as well as fully stocked. Always! They have some great deals on furniture also.

They used to be great having overstock items that would change and you could get cheap. Now they've turned into more of just a department store with their own brand. Still some things cheap but some of the things are more expensive than other stores. Not really the deals you used to be able to get. However I still like to go there and I usually find something. The store is clean. Staff does a good job.

Well stocked and clean, Randy checked on us and gave information about their loyalty program. Will return?

I like Big Lots! They've always have been competitive with much larger stores with some items found only there. Great store to roam around. Clean, well kept and clear asiles!

Did you know that Big Lots used to be part of The DeLorean Motor Company? Yup, that’s right - they were! Just as a partial owner of the car company while their main focus was on their principal business model - which is store close outs! Originally - Big Lots was called “Consolidated Stores” and later “Odd Lots” before they settled down with “Big Lots. ” If you ask me - I think they missed a golden opportunity to be called “The Marty McFly Market! ” Which of course later could be shortened down to just the Fly Market which could then be a competitor to Flea Markets.

Store was clean and organized, staff was helpful, they were busy but still willing to help.

Store had a great sale on outdoor furniture just for this weekend. We bought a really cute & comfy set for 40% off.

I love Big Lots. It's a great place to purchase individual snack items for lunches. Good selection of Holiday decor.

It's a big lots, so hit or miss on items you want/ need. Online info is not accurate (said they had my cookies but they don't). Employees are nice. Seems odd to have such high priced furniture in a bulk good cheap discount type store.

Kinda a weird place employees say one thing and another employees says another.
Why lie to customers or better yet say the same story big lots cmon.
Still spent 300 but like 3 different employees helped me because guy in furniture said I'm leaving someone else can help.
What happened to customer service?
Helping the employee with purchase? Society has fuking gone down hill.
Wont return here to spend 100s.

This is the largest Big Lots in the area and it carries a lot of good products, the smaller ones don't have.

Clean store and nice employees.
They usually have a bunch of Christmas decor to choose from - hardly had any thing.

Kerri and Michael went above and beyond to help us today. My daughter was looking for an apartment chair, and Kerri made sure we found the one we wanted. Then at checkout Michael got my daughter signed up for rewards and she got $5 off. They went beyond just being friwndly. Good customer service is becoming so rare these days, they were a pleasant surprise!

Great Managers! Always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I've seen them go check shelves for product availability to running the registers to help their staff out. No job is to medial for them to do. You don't see that kind of management service very often.

This Big Lots is closer to the reason I used to like them more than the one in Milton. Go here, it's cleaner more organized than the one in Milton.

Very pleasant shopping experience with friendly cashier. Seasonal section was a bit low in stock. However, the store was clean and well organized.
