Went in to get a few things.some prices were good some not so. They really cleaned up this location and remodeled the front. Been awhile since I have been there.cashier was very nice.
What really stood out was Kathy's genuine care for customers. She made me feel valued and appreciated, which is something you don't always find in retail. It's employees like Kathy that make a store stand out.
The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of items. But it was Kathy's exceptional service that made my trip to Big Lots in Casselberry truly special.
If your store says that it closes at a certain time. You should not close before the time that is listed. Two other people and I were walking up at 6: 50. Your store says it closes at 7: 00. There are 10 minutes left. Yes, it is close to your closing time but I was going to run in and grab something really fast and leave. This is inconsiderate/inconvenient to your customers.
I have to say I’m very impressed with this big lots customer service especially this employee Katherine who was very helpful, polite and quick to accommodate me as an individual with social anxiety. She’d led me right to the product I needed and was very patient while ringing me up
Whether I go Casselberry or Waterford lakes location always feels like the air conditioning is no working. Have a discount card but never see a discount.
This store has been my go to for years. Recently they have had the store around 80 degrees
I don't know how anyone can work or even shop in there. It was horrible. I would of spent more but it was like sitting in a car with no a c.
Prices seem to have greatly increased. Staf seem to know only how to point across the store and say "if we have it it will be over there. "
Customer service really sucks at this location. Katherine had horrible social skills to be a cashier and was eye balling on her phone as if I didn't exist. Like, this is what it comes down to folks. This is the generation of retail. I worked here many many years ago and I never once was on my phone but I didn't have one to start with at the time. Wake up and pay attention to your customers! Be courteous! It was so dead in this store I could almost hear the crickets.
