The BIG LOTS STORE OF THE FUTURE! It was nice, and shiny and new.but I think the other stores in this chain are just as packed full of deals, spruce them up by cleaning and merchandising and they too can be advertised as the store of the future! I think overall Big Lots is a great store with many fantastic products at most reasonable prices.

This is a nice, larger big lots. I think it must be newer as it's clean and seems to be in good shape. There is a lot of furniture and seasonal here, and they sometimes have good clearance here too. Some prices are good, others are not good deals. I've found you have to be most careful in the food and HBA aisles.many items are not good deals at all in these sections. But overall this is a good place to look for some deals. The clearance is great, lots of home and decorative items usually on clearance. Location us good too, easy to get in and out. Overall this is a good place to go for a bargain hunter.

Had a great experience there today with an associate named Conner, I’m assuming he’s the store manager by the way he holds himself but not sure. Greeted us when we came in, helped us in furniture, and made us feel comfortable as a first time customer of Big Lots. Would highly recommend asking for him.

My customer service was a wonderful experience! However buying a bedroom set unexpectedly came in ALL boxes to be assembled. Paying “A lot” for the 3 rd party they have available, I decided no more could be spent for the delivery crew to assemble it which was even more of a financial burden (extra) An acquaintance put it together the entire thing and more than qualified to do so. Miserably 9 hrs later and having to go to get 2 bottles of gorilla glue to make every drawer/ dresser safe and not flimsy on top of the bolts, screws, inner lining. Disappointed with the quality of wood but to late to return. I’m hopeful it lasts with the amount of money put into the set. I love Big Lots. Bought a couch last year and still pleased with that. I shop alot for home accents and love them as well.

Hours online said store closed at 9pm. Drove 30 minutes to store only to find a sign on the door that said they closed at 7pm.

I purchased a recliner yesterday and was so impressed with the young lady (Jennifer), that sold me the chair. She was patient and professional during the entire process. I came today to pick it up and the Assistant Manager Fabiola, was there to assist me with the final pick up. She is the epitome of true professionalism! We had the darnest time trying to get it in my car. Lol It wouldn’t fit, so I had my daughter to come back with her SUV. Ms Fabiola was right there even though they were very busy she still went well beyond the call of duty. She was patient and thoughtful. Finally, I had my recliner and was on my way home. I would like to send a BIG THANK YOU her way! Ms Fabiola, you rock! Big Lots is very fortunate to have you!

Haven't been to Big Lots in years can't believe how much they've grown up in prices they're not cheap anymore.

Have not been to this store in a long time. I went to the Big Lots by my home about two weeks ago to check it out. Clean, good prices & nice employees. The one thing I don't like is the quality of there furniture. Beware shoppers! Otherwise, I would visit it, It's worth a look.

Fun place to shop. You can always find great deals here. Shopped for and found great gifts for Christmas.

Been here a few times and it's always been a great experience. Recently snagged this Broyhill 'fireplace' and the entire experience was so good. Ashli at the checkout was amazing, the manager with the accent was badass and the load up team was too cool! Kudos to a Great team here.

Picked up cat litter. A row all in the same line. Sign says $6.99. Charged 11.99. Though they admitted it was in the wrong place, they refused to give me the sale price. They were rude and unprofessional. Calling corporate next.

Friendly people willing to help you find home items. At great prices and convenient to the westchase area.

Even though their computer system was down, they staff was great, apologized and held our items aside while we went and came back when systems were working. Supervisor/manager was great.

Love making a couple trps a week to this location. Some of the nicest workers in the plaza; Ireene, Cena, Ashleigh, Emma and a few others always greet me upon entering, and at the register are always the friendliest to catch up with. Selection changes often, many times discovering some of my favorite snacks at better prices per ounce than Amazon! Always make it a point to visit here often!
