Big Lots, Naples FL

So normally I like big lots because of what they carry and their prices, sometimes their sale is good and clearance is great. This Big Lots here in this Naples doesn't carry as much as one of the Big Lots I always went to in the North Fort Myers when I had my house up there next to The Shell Factory.

Always a good selection of furniture in this store. Keep up the great work. The store is neat & Clean

Being assisted by Chanel is a breath of fresh air. All the staff are friendly and helpful, that young man in furniture goes over and beyond for the customer. They now close 2hrs earlier (7pm)

Tell me WHY this older employee lady start running her mouth in Spanish at me while I'm in the store. Something Something blahblahblah. She was mad to I don't know what I even did tbh.

I usually stop here for the interesting sodas and snacks they got, my kitty kitty treats and booboo wipes.

They got nice holiday decorations to sometimes then I spend all my money and my phone bill late.

Get to the register NOW I know what homegurl yelling at me for.it was getting ready to close and my fat azz holding EVERYBODY UP WELL SCUSE ME I'M LEAVING.

This is such a great big lots! The people that work there are so nice it blows me away. I ordered a couch from here and the delivery people fell through, so the people from the actual store delivered it, and I am just blown away that they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!

A clean and somewhat organized place to shop. The staff is some what friendly. They don't always have everything I'm looking.

Clean, neat and well organized. I stopped in to pick up an online order and everything went smoothly. Plenty of parking. Helpful staff.

So before my family made the trip over to shop, we called the store number and the recording stated they close at 9pm on weekdays. Made the trip for nothing when we arrived 5 minutes after 7pm to find the store closed. Store hours sign says 7pm. Store phone recording says 9pm. On behalf of my family and the 4 other customers scratching their heads wondering why they closed early? Note to store manager. It’s your responsibility to communicate proper store hours to customers who call before they make a trip. Please improve your communication.

I am changing my rating. First time I shopped here was great but recently I found their merchandise quality is not the best.

Fully stocked store. Personnel more than helpful. Store was affected by Hurricane Ian and fully recovered. Clean store with plenty of parking.
