Found what I needed and more, cashier waa very kind and walked me to the aisle to find an item I was looking for.

Fantastic deals and excellent service. The Brandon staff are wonderful people, always friendly and helpful. I love shopping here.

During this pandemic, this store has remained open, with special, early hours for the elderly and no others. The doors open automatically, there's plenty of good quality, non gmo food available at the usual affordable prices. Healthcare personnel and first responders get a 15% discount from their total. I love bug lots. This Store, like many other Big lots, is clean & well organized.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. The furniture is high quality, durable, and sturdy. The store carries brand name products at a reasonable cost.

The cashier was very friendly. She greeted me as I entered the store, and chatted with me at checkout. Great customer service.

Great prices for all types of items. Ranging from furniture to grocery food, to makeup and personal health accessories. The employees were also helpful and kind to top off my experience.

Pretty decent Big Lots. Easy to spot from the street. Plenty of parking. There are a few other stores in the strip mall like a True Value Hardware and a TJ Maxx. The store is stocked pretty well and the staff is helpful. No real complaints. It's your standard Big Lots, though not super huge.

Haven't been here for a while. Still have great deals. They had what I needed to get when the other retailers did not. Pretty clean place and the employee's are very helpful. They will make sure if you need help with anything.

Do not recommend buying furniture here. Bought a desk that was damaged, then they replaced it with one that had missing hardware and couldn’t be completely set up. When I asked if I could just have the hardware from the desk I returned they just said the desk has been set up and put on clearance and hung up the phone. Save yourself the headache and frustration and shop somewhere else

I really like Big Lots. I wasn't overly impressed with this one. I mean, it's fine. Big selection, but the prices weren't THAT good here. In addition, it's not the cleanest one I've been to. All in all, you're getting what you think you're getting when you go here, just not more than you thought.

Pleasant surprise-They had a customer service person acting as a “welcomer” to every customer who entered. Helpful friendly staff. Clean and well organized.
They might of had more business except for the horrible parking situation. Every space was virtually constantly full. Did not see any handicap parking near. Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. We only use it as a backup to a easier to get in and out of, too bad, as they made you fee more welcome that other B. L’s.

Just bought a 3 pc STURDY table set $99. They loaded it in my car for me. Awesome customer service!

Managers don't tell the truth one tells you one thing another manager tells you another another employee tells you something else nobody has the same story everytime you go into the store somebody tells you something different no consistency

Found what I was looking for and this location is alot cleaner than others. Didn't give 5 starts because they were stocking shelves and made it hard to get to what I needed.
