The pizza was amazing, fresh dough, fresh sauce, good quality cheese & pepperoni. Love this pizzeria!

Excellent pizza and crust at an affordable price. Try the philly steak. 16" for two gives you left over for an other meal for two

I love the food here at Big Louie’s. Josh is my awesome server today. He always on top of everything. He recommended Tuscan Shrimp Dish. It is so good.

The food was amazing and our server Brooke was fantastic we had the pizza, chicken wings and garlic rolls and it was all super delicious we will definitely be back!

Called in for take out. The portion was generous, the food was fresh, and the taste was excellent. I highly recommend the marinara sauce. Worth going back to try other dishes.

Horrible service. I ordered pizza at 6: 06. Called at 7: 29 because they said 45 minutes. Complained and the girl told me order was picked up and she would contact driver and call me back. She said i gave her wrong address which I know I didn’t. I repeated address more than once. Was told they would call me back. Still No call by 7: 50 so I called back. Was put on hold and no one ever took my call so i hung up and called back again. She said they would make another one and deliver in 20 minutes. I asked her what was free for her mistake and she said nothing as it was my fault! So 2 1/2 hours later I still sit here waiting for my pizza! They reordered and i have been waiting another hour. Called again and she said we can’t deliver. I tried to call the front desk but there was no answer. Great job Keiandra. Great customer service! DO not order from here if you want to wait 3 hours and get nothing! She claims she refunded my credit card. We shall see! I appreciate the email response but didn't appreciate you telling me that "it's the chance you take when you order delivery". NEVER AGAIN BIG LOUIE! BEWARE! She also said the delivery drivers aren't honest and they were probably enjoying my meal!

I have been going to Big Louie's Pizza in Pompano Beach since 1991. I recently moved and decided to go to Big Louie's on Sunrise Blvd. I ordered a Stromboli. This is what the menu says.

Stromboli: Pepperoni, sausage, onion, peppers, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese rolled in pizza dough.

I get home and opened the box, to my surprise, there was 2 halves of Stromboli with ham in it. First of all, this was the first time my Stromboli was EVER cut in half,
which leaves me to believe that I was given food they couldn't sell from earlier, second, if you read the description of a Stromboli above, it says nothing about ham. Third, I'm deathly allergic to ham. This could have been a deadly experience. I live quite a distance from this Big Louie's on Sunrise. But I will be going back there tomorrow to ask for a refund, I will also bring them the Stromboli I received back. I don't want it to be remade, when people complain about food from a restaurant, they might get more than what they bargained for like spit, dirt, boogies. I just want my money refunded. My pizza was on the other hand excellent. I'm just disappointed about the Stromboli with ham that I didn't ask for.

If you want the best pizza, downtown Fort Lauderdale, this is the place to actually go and try the pizza. It takes just right it's New York style pizza I believe it is or it might be Detroit style, but it is excellent.

The hot garlic rolls alone are a reason alone to go there! Never had a bad meal there, everything is delicious. The antipasti is super good and a huge portion, more than enough food for two, for $10! New item is Linguini Carbonara, tastes delicious.

Ordered a pizza delivered. When it was delivered, it appeared the delivery guy held the box sideways as the pizza and all toppings were crunched into the corner of the box. Uneatable.

I'm not one to do bad Rewios, but Friday 11/18 I went with the for a small get-together, and there was simply a cockroach on the table, my husband went to the attendant and showed the napkin with the cockroach and that was it. I get home and in a few hours I started to feel sick to the stomach, was definitely due to the food at this restaurant.disgusting

The inside reminds me of a new York pizzeria restaurant. Loved that both times we opened the door to enter the employees noticed and offered help! Great place right on e sunrise at NE 20th Ave. PS, we went back for dinner togo again. Same outstanding food and service!

More of a quantity vs quality type of place. My parents loved it, I thought it was ok but it brought the family together. If you’re looking for more standard fare that you’ll need to bring home some leftovers, this is the spot. A place to bring the family, but not really a date night spot.

Employees with bad attitude and mediocre food. Routinely make you wait longer than you should
