Big Man's Moving Company, Tampa FL

We moved 3 hours away from a 2 story townhome to a 4 bedroom house and Big Man’s Moving company completed it flawlessly in 7.25 hours total! We are beyond happy and impressed with this company and the three men who helped us today! I was making things complicated by having them arrange and rearrange a few rooms and they couldn’t have been more nice and funny about it. I highly recommend this amazing company!

Edited 6 months later: Anton, Antoine, and Ivan moved my items from my storage unit to my new home. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. They made sure to place my furniture where I wouldn’t have to move it again and seemed to genuinely care that I was set up for a successful move in. I have not had any furniture damaged. I will say, I was quoted 1.5 hours from the beginning and the move ended up being 4. I knew it would be more than 1.5 hours but the price difference was significant.

From start to finish Big Man’s Moving made my move seamless. They were friendly, quick to respond with a quote, and professional. The movers arrived on time and worked quickly. They handled all of my furniture gently and made sure it wouldn’t get damaged. I couldn’t believe how they fit all of my stuff into the storage unit with room to spare. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for my next move.

So glad I rode behind one of their trucks and randomly chose Big Man’s Moving Company for my move. I paid almost exactly what I paid for a very similar move 8 years ago, which is amazing considering inflation. Braulio, Eric & Nick L were the best movers I could have asked for! They did their best to hustle and kept me just under the time limit for the base rate. They moved everything from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment and kept it under 1.5 hours. I’m especially grateful because my move was unplanned and had to happen within 2 days of calling to book, the day before Christmas Eve. Don’t waste your time calling for another quote, call Big Man’s for your move.

These guys have been fantastic from our initial call to them to the first (of 2) move day. The guys doing the hard work on-site moving everything took great care with every piece of everything they moved and were so respectful and pleasant while there. So impressed and am happy to write a great review. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Antoine, Willie and Carlos did a great job on my move on December 5th. They were careful and took the time to place everything just where I decided for it to go. I did change my mind a few times, but they were very helpful doing what I asked of them. The move was fast, and I enjoyed the move very much.

The entire experience was good from start to finish. Everyone is cordial, professional and reliable. We had a great team of movers, Nick M, Sergei, Gene. We had an exceptional team help us move locally within Westchase today - Antoine, Gene, Anton and Sergey. They were extremely punctual, efficient, polite, friendly and respectful. Aaron, Carlos and Eric moved my daughter for her first apartment. They were quick, kind and courteous. The move was seamless and awesome! From the first contact to now everything was amazing. When I move the family home in January, we will be using these guys again!

Just completed a move with Big man team. Jeremy, Jeff and Frank did an awesome job. Worked hard to make sure our move was safe and efficient! They packed, moved and did the set up of beds and TVs for us. Very pleasant and professional. Accommodated our requests with great attitudes. The cost to do all this was very reasonable. The company lets you do as much or as little as you want. Highly recommend them for moves and would definitely use again.

So happy! Had a huge enough job that I did not want to do it myself, not even packing. The guys came out, packed me up, reassembled, dropped everything right where I wanted it. Extremely helpful, fast at responding, took so much stress off of us. This is our first experience with a moving company but I can promise we won’t be doing it ourselves again and will only use Big Man’s in the future. Big Man's Moving has been thus far THE BEST moving company we've had a pleasure to hire. (in 12 years our family moved 10 times, for reference).
We've definitely seen the worst and unfortunately generally stopped expecting much from any movers.
Well Big Man's crushed any of those expectations! I'll start with the fact that their communication has been superb! From my very first call to all the communication leading up to our appointment and after; there was zero unclarity or ambiguity, the contract was straight forward, we knew exactly what to expect, when the team would arrive and how much we would pay.
On the day of our move the team showed up being very professional, all in uniform, they respectfully worked around our belongings and packed with super efficiency.
Moreover, we got an unfortunate recommendation for the size of our moving truck by another company (we hired Big Man's for labor only, so the size of our truck was none of their liability) ; it turned out the truck was a bit smaller than needed and we had real worry that the things may not fit - Gene and his team literally DID EVERYTHING to make sure everything fits! It was the tightest packing job I ever seen and they sure didn't have to go out of the way correcting someone else's mistake of dealing with a smaller truck, but they did! AND they did it fast!
If you are still searching for the right movers you can trust, you can stop your search - Big Man's is the company you absolutely should hire! They truly are the best.
P. S.and if you are trying to find cheaper options, trust me, whatever may look cheaper upfront will not, we've been there. Big Man's pricing not only average for the industry, there are truly no surprises and they get the job done as expected, vs.someone who says they'll do it within certain amount of time but take twice the time!

My partner and I moved from an apartment from St. Pete to a house in tampa. Not only did they move one apartment but they moved two apartments in 3 hours from start to finish. They were so kind, very careful, very fast, and cared about our belongings. Before we new it we were all moved into our house. These men are hard working, and very easy to work with. I was recommended to use this company through a facebook group. Katelyn was super helpful in getting my quote from the start, understanding my needs and getting an inventory list of what I needed moved.
As the time got closer to the move, I got check in emails and communication to confirm items for my move. I did have to call and follow up on something as I changed my inventory since the original quote. And once again, Katelyn was happy to help.
I opted in for the packing and moving services. My move from a 1b/1b to another 1b/1b took 4 hours of labor. The cost of packing is additional, but well worth it.

I had a wonderful 3 person team of Jeremy, Frank and Casey. All 3 were professional and quick. They listened when I brought up a few minor concerns with my furniture (I have a few glass furniture pieces that can't be disassembled). They heard these concerns and took extra precautions.

When arriving to the new location, they were more than happy to make sure I was happy with furniture placement and where boxes were placed.

In summation: this company is helpful, communicative, attentive and respectful. I would recommend them time and time again to anyone who is moving.
