Rey was really helpful and explained to me what was wrong with my bicycle. He said it was no biggie and didn’t charge me to fix it. For me it was a big deal because I’ve been wanting to fix my bike for weeks! I’m beyond grateful. They all know everything about bikes! 100% recommended:)

Best bike repair shop in Naples. When I called other places, to have my electric bike cleaned and repaired, they "needed" to see the bike to give me estimate. These guys were straightforward and honest. From now on, this is the only place where I fix my bikes. Lenny has been amazing. Thanks!

I was having trouble with my stroller and i walked in becouse it has a bike break. The team took the time to show me how to fix the problem and fixed the break! Amazing will be recomending to friend and family!

After 3 phone calls I drove 2 hours to buy a bike they said they had. I called Sat morning he stated they had it. When I drove down from sarasota they didnt have any of the model I requested. I asked for the velotric Nomad in Mango. Step thru. I did not ask for any other bike hence why would I drive 2 hours to buy a bike for no reason. The owner Sal is making up complete lies on top of it

I stopped by BMB this morning to have the brakes looked at on a Facebook Marketplace find for my daughter. I fully expected to leave the bike there and pick it up in a day or 2 but Ryan put it on the lift and had it repaired in about 10 minutes. I came here because of all the excellent reviews and they couldn't be more true. I will definitely come here again in the future.

I stopped in earlier this week to look for a used road bike. Lenny (I believe is his name) helped me out. He had a bike he was fixing up and was going to call me when it was done. Another bike came in this week in my size and he called me right away to come check it out. He was so kind, helpful and gracious. He found the perfect bike for me within my budget. Today I was at the shop, because my pump was broken. Immediatly they cared for my problem and filled the tires up. And then, I was so surprised, I had nothing to pay. They were very, very kindly.

We brought a problem with a broken mirror to Big Mamma's Bicycles. The bike mechanic could have just sold us a new mirror, which we were prepared to buy. Instead, he took a look at the broken part and went through his parts box, locating the part that needed replacing. Ultimately, he reinstalled the mirror and didn't charge us for the service. I highly recommend Big Momma's Bicycles to anyone with bike needs.

In town for a few days and rented a nice Marin for a half day. Big Momma's is a great local shop. Stop by the next time you need a rental.
