Awesome dental office. From the front office staff to the dentist and all his help. They broke everything down for me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. A+

I went Back to Big Smile Dentistry for the second time and requested the same 1st Dentest that originally worked on me, Dr. R Akel, HE'S an awesome Dentist, calm knowable and caring, gentle, He effortlessly removed tooth and bone removing the broken painful Mollar just like as He said "Removing a Splinter" from your skin. The only pain meds I needed was Ibuprofen! And I didn't even fill it! The office attendants were awesome and as well as the Techs working in Harmony definitely a great experience for a Dentistry Chain, I'll be coming back when necessary, I've read wait times are bad but I was taken back before I could finish the revised intake forms. Feeling much better now Thank you, I was leaking Puss due to bad infection, now almost gone

Location is convenient, staff is typically very pleasant when they actually get to you. I always book early appointments and they are consistently late. As in, half the staff shows up while I'm in the waiting room. Awkward waiting room experience since I'm usually sitting there 5-10 minutes before being greeted. I've had to wait 20-30 minutes several times now. I just had my cleaning done and I've been sitting in this chair for 20 minutes waiting for the Dr.to come. Fine enough if you don't mind waiting, and you will be waiting.

This office use to be pretty decent until they got rid of a few staff over time. Which made the atmosphere great! Friendly and welcoming. Dana is still there and she's wonderful. Bring back the old staff -_-. What happened to Eliana? She was wonderful!

The staff were all very friendly, especially Leon, Elvira, and Dr. Ramirez! Made me a lot less nervous and Dr. Ramirez is very nice and funny. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic facility and the staff are even better.
Everyone one was so nice to me and my child during our visit. Specifically Laurie and Dr. Ramirez were awesome

AVOID BIG SMILE DENTISTRY LAKEWORTH AND JOG RD. Unnecessary pain! Unnecessary visits! Unnecessary charges!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Smile Dentistry and I must say, it was truly disappointing and now I’m scared to go to any dentist after having such a messed up experience. The moment I walked through the door, my hopes for a positive dental experience were dashed.

First and foremost, the receptionist seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. I was met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude, which immediately put me on edge.

Moving on to the actual dental care, the assistants mannerisms left much to be desired. She was rough and spoke little to no English. Another assistant didn’t realize she had left X-ray cover on me until she saw me sweating profusely 2 hours after X-rays. I felt like I was being used for the interns to practice on. The dentist was very young and had to ask for help and or directions a few times from other dentists.

Moving on They seemed rushed and inattentive throughout the entire visit. I felt like just another number on their busy schedule, rather than a person in need of quality care. Communication was minimal, and I was left with same unfinished root canal for 3 visits (I came In requesting a simple extraction)
Furthermore, the dental equipment appeared outdated and in need of maintenance. This only added to my discomfort and made me question the level of professionalism and investment in modern dental technology at this office.

To top it all off, the pricing for the services offered was exorbitant, the fact that they tired to milk one single root canal for 4 visits and we’re trying to milk it for more. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, as the fees were significantly higher compared to other dental practices in the area. The lackluster experience combined with the inflated prices left me feeling frustrated and ripped off.

Overall, my visit to Smile Dentistry was a regrettable one. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, being used as a practice dummy and high prices all contributed to an incredibly disappointing dental experience. I would strongly recommend seeking dental care elsewhere. AS I DID as this office falls far short of the standards that patients deserve!

For my X-rays and refused to sit thru another pointless 2 -3 hour pain fest jus to leave with unfinished root canal for 4th time.

Dr. Akel is the best dentist I have ever seen. He always does a good job, answers my questions, and gives his full attention when he's working with me. Also, he always manages to make me laugh as a bonus. Definitely come here!

Visited the office for the first time for an exam and cleaning. Staff was okay and competant. The exam was okay and the dentist made some suggestions. Am unsure if I should have 3 teeth worked on just because I grind my teeth. Also instead of a standard cleaning which was covered by my dental plan they said I needed a more in depth cleaning for about $200.00 that my plan did not cover. Well the cleaning was okay but it seemed like a standard cleaning. I have had many cleanings over the years so I am familiar with what is done. They are better than Sage or Aspen Dental. I may go back to Big Smile Denistry or I may not. I am on the fence.

Dr Akel is my favorite dentist, finally I found a dentist who explained my dental plan in detail so I could understand my situation.

If I were you I would look into other places, when I first walked in I wasn’t greeted till 20 mins after my appointment was to take place. When I was taken back I expressed my opinion about want to extract my teeth instead they quote me with 10,000$ without insurance worth of stuff. I also expressed how nervous I was and wanted some type of sedation and the DR looked at me like he didn’t even know what that was. Go to Aspen dental they will do it for 99% cut of that price and better looking office.

I've had major dental anxiety in the past and this place has totally changed my mind about dentists. Laurie and the whole staff are absolutely fantastic. They are so kind and welcoming. I always feel at ease when I'm there. It's also really clean and looks nice. I always appreciate how open they are with me about my treatment plan and its costs. I always know what's going on. I've had so much work done there and they've done a great job every time. They've made such a big difference in my smile. I totally recommend this dentist office.

I loved this place! They have the best hygienist ever named Solange Arroyo. She takes care of her patient, is very professional and passionate. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very friendly.

Laurie and Dr. Sadatti were amazing! Wonderful service and me feel comfortable throughout the entire process—best dental services in town!

Had a filling done today which went super well and before that I had a cleaning and my hygienist Solange was very nice and pleasant. She also brought me my wallet when I left it on the counter after getting my cleaning.

I’ve been coming to Big Smile Dentistry for over a year now and I’ve always been pleased with the friendliness of the staff members and professionalism. The office is clean and welcoming. I’ve gotten quite a few things done here and I’m very pleased with my results.

I have been going to this dental clinic for more than 2 years and I have never had a bad experience like the one I had yesterday. I made my appointment for teeth cleaning and whitening 6 months ago and yesterday I went when a Colombian lady arrived and treated me. I was starting with the bleaching and then I asked her if the cleaning was before or after, she was completely clueless and told me no today you only have the bleaching and I told her that she was wrong, I also had to do the cleaning. Well, since she probably didn't know what she was going to do the cleaning, so she started doing it to me, annoying and in a hurry. She didn't do it well. I told her that if she could please do it for me, just like they had done it to me last time, she said no and started with him. I whitened because I wanted to finish quickly, anyway I had a very bad time cleaning my teeth and the whitening was not what I expected. The service there is being very bad, I don't think I will return to this clinic.
