Love the atmosphere, even wearing masks. I can book easily for regular trims to keep my hair neat and fresh. My guy José is great and I see him every 2-3 weeks. It's the kind of place you come in and build relationships, and if your guy (or gal) isn't available the rest of the staff is very capable. I also bring my son and Ms. Sandy is great with him. In and out in 30 min or less.

Great place great haircuts. Reminds me of what a barber used to be like when I went with my dad as a kid. A place to just talk about anything. I have been there once so far and made me feel like I have been there a hundred times.

I've been seeing Harvey for my haircuts for almost 9 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. He has become a close friend who I highly respect and admire, and treats his clients and friends with a level of service and respect you don’t see much of these days. He is always very accommodating and pays great attention to detail which you can see in all his haircuts. I have to travel 45 minutes each way every time but it's completely worth it to get the level of professionalism and atmosphere of the whole "Bigote experience. "

As soon as you walk in, it feels like you took a step back in time into a rustic and classy turn of the century, early 1900’s establishment. The look and feel, entire staff and atmosphere are always very welcoming and so friendly that I always look forward to going in.

They have a monthly plan where you can get your hair cut when you need it, so I've been going once every week. It’s perfect if you like to keep your haircut fresh and for when you're constantly in front of clients.

I would highly recommend the "Bigote experience" to anyone that is looking to get a great haircut, while enjoying a nice relaxing atmosphere and wonderful people!

Went in yesterday to get an trim from a previous haircut. Sandy was awesome really listening to what I wanted and was so sweet. Rest of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Pretty happy with the haircut too. My husband goes there regularly as well and the turnout is always amazing. Thanks again

When i moved to baldwin i used to walk here to get my haircut.i’ve since moved out of baldwin but keep coming back because the staff is so friendly and helpful all the time.harvey always comes in with a smile on his face and shakes everyone’s hand.it’s a great atmosphere to hang out in and socialize for a few minutes while you get a haircut.five stars, especially for sandy!

Jose and Harvey both provide a high quality service. Additionally, they are friendly and easy to work with.

Great service with great people behind it. Jose Mercado helped me out as I had a really bad experience at Floyd's recently. Couldn't have been happier with the way the haircut turned out. Will definitely be coming back as a regular here and subbing to the monthly service. As a plus, they serve draft beer for their customers at no charge.

This is by far the best barber shop I've ever been to. You can't beat the decor or the atmosphere and the haircuts and beard trims are the best I've ever had.

Called to get information and had the pleasure of talking with Harvey; the owner. He was very helpful and explained their member services in great detail.

Bigote is simply the best barbershop I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is so nice and extremely talented, the owner Harvey treats everyone like family and the experience is top-notch. Beer on tap, great music, fantastic hair products and a great ambiance all add up to a haircut well worth its price.
