Medical needs were met nicely, but the back office was not paying attention to me enough to get the proper paperwork i needed to get my insurance filed.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. However the waiting area and and staff made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. They sounded like they were not going to take me if I didn't have insurance, I was willing to self pay and deal with insurance myself since I was having a hard time contacting them. The bathroom was very dirty (when notified they took immediate action though) and they were persistent that my boyfriend wait outside during a very heavy storm. I was very anxious and confused while the check in process was happen but once we were in everyone was kind and everything went smoothly.

I was extremely impressed by my whole experience. The staff was all kind and helpful. They are constantly cleaning their office. I saw Bija Patel, APRN-FNP. She was so personable and was happy to answer any questions. Made me feep very comfortable. Went above and beyond! The visit was quick and efficient! I am so happy I chose here as a new patient!

The wait time was completely amazing. Had 2: 45pm appt. Got there at 2: 35pm and I was done with everything and on my way by 3pm. Dr. Patel was very pleasant and made me feel absolutely comfortable!

My first time and felt at ease. All staff is very nice but the nurse practitioner and the doctor were really over the top. Glad to have had such a great experience.

Always a pleasure to come to the Women's Center. Love seeing Dr. Patel she speaks to you as if she you saw her last week or the day before. I am guessing she is a great note taker which I personally love. Recap is also great, love her.
