Bikini Beach Resort Panama City Beach

Good night, I just spent two incredible nights, excellent location, right on the seashore and with nearby shops and restaurants that you can visit on foot. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, all in accordance with the price.excellent service and attention from the front desk supervisor Camille Rowe, capable of solving any vicissitude and making you feel comfortable. Thank you for everything, I would return to this hotel and I recommend it.

It is NOT a resort, it is a motel. The pictures are misleading
One of the outlet doesn't work, the usb ports are purely decorative, no lights outside so it was impossibleto see the room number when ee arrived, terribly full of dirt and dust everywhere, don't move the beds, really do not! The room smells like smoke even if it was a no smoking room.
No safe, the bathroom door knob was rusty and the door itself had every sort of gross marks. No house keeping (I'm serious they won't change your trash bags, no fresh towels, nobody make your beds or clean your room for the whole time you will be here), the sheets were not ironed and with very noticeable black stains in the middle of the bed. The good thing was the nice location with easy access to the beach

The pictures online do not match the real experience. The lighting in the room is horrible. There are no chairs and no desks in the rooms. The furniture that they have in the room is old and falling apart. They should be ashamed of themselves for such trashy rooms. There are no smart TVs to access Netflix, etc. The carpet was filthy and they do not have room service or maid service. You have to ask for towels. There is no water pressure in the shower or tub faucet. We had to change rooms the second night and the beach front room had a smell. On a good note, the pool is lovely and the beach front view is amazing. I will never stay there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I would never recommend this hotel, Bikini Beach Resort. The hotel prices are a rip off and the hotel rooms are nasty and STINKY. My boyfriend and I stayed June 15 this summer and the manager Alisha Haggard is a CROOK. We paid for four nights but decided to stay only three nights and she told us she'd refund us one night back and I kept having to ask her for the confirmation number of my refund and she kept rushing me of the phone. I had to put a claim out with my bank and she LIED to them saying I never paid with my card, but clearly it shows on my receipt AND IN MY ACCOUNT, I did pay with my card! Till this day she haven't refunded me. This was an awful stay. People are lying on here TELLING you otherwise TRUST ME! YOU WILL NOT LIKE THIS HOTEL SO RUN!

Location is right on the beach! The service is OK. The rooms are small, sparsely furnished, older facility. The pool is good. It's definitely way cheaper than other hotels on the beach! Gets 3-1/2 stars.

Everything looked new except for the floor and the door lock was a little tricky. They should all be replaced. It was an unexpected trip and I have stayed in a lot of places. I was impressed with the value.

If you are a worldmark or Wyndham owner and have paid points to stay at there nice resorts in the past you will be wholly and utterly disgusted with the use of your points at this resort/motel. The rooms are in terrible shape and truly feel like a motel 6. The owner of Bikini Beach was very understanding and should be commanded on her quick response. She was also surprised that Bikini Beach was a comparable for Wyndham Panama City resort.

This place is called Bikini Beach Resort, but it definitely was not the resort experience. Let me first start of by saying vacationing in Florida during summer is high in demand so hotels take advantage of that plus recoup some COVID losses. However, if I knew this was the best I'd get with my money I budgeted for, I would've put a raincheck on a Florida Vacation.
We originally booked with our travel agent for 3 nights through Expedia but, decide to add an extra night which was paid directly with Bikini Beach (more on that later). We found out when we arrived that the room we had for the first 3 nights was booked and unavailable the fourth night. Instead of them seeing if we wanted to keep the original room we had and just move, they took it upon themselves to downgrade our room to accommodate all four nights. This hotel is equivalent to being catfished by some date you met on a dating app. The pictures had this hotel looking nice and clean, but in person it's very outdated and dirty. The new room they gave us looked like a temporary setup to make it a room with two queen beds. The ocean view we wanted when we booked was blocked by a fence and hotel pool. Our travel agent spoke with the hotel manager Alisha Haggard the next day to voice our disapproval of the room we were in. Bikini Beach did manage to move us into another room, but the only positive was the ocean view we originally wanted. However, even more problems came with the second room. The room started to smell like a SEPTIC TANK or SEWER was right outside our door. When we made Alisha aware of the issue, she tried to do a good acting job pretending she was unaware of this problem. Well, housekeeping did a great job exposing her and made it clear that it definitely has be an ongoing issue. At this point we decided to not stay our fourth night and checkout the next day. What was communicated to us is that we would receive $100 refund from the Expedia transactions and the transaction for the fourth night we did directly with Bikini Beach would be cancelled and returned to the card. Well, a couple weeks later there was still no money returned from Bikini Beach and Alisha tries to claim it was all done through Expedia when clearly my bank statement shows the direct transaction FROM THEM. I had to put in a claim with my bank due to Bikini Beach and Alisha's bad business transactions. I still to this date have not receive the refund from them. So not only do they run a trash hotel, but I think they are crooks too. If you are ever thinking about vacating in Florida, DO NOT COME TO BIKINI BEACH RESORT! If you are on a budget either go Murtle Beach, Orange Beach or save your money until you can get a better hotel than this scam of a hotel. You'll be glad you did trust me.

For a 2-star motel-style resort I was very impressed. Blankets could’ve been a little fresher but the place was clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly even though I arrived to check in around midnight. And pool was awesome! RIGHT on the beach.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, hotel is on beachside however not all rooms are Oceanside view with balcony, some rooms have only door facing road - easy accessible overflow parking lot across the street from hotel

The location is awesome! There is a few little odds and ends that could use updating but overall the place is really neat. The pool being closed was a bit of buzz kill for the kids, I know it was a temporary thing but the kids don't see it that way. Overall we would probably come back.

Would have been a 4 at least except for the By the sea bar next door, blasting their music so loud from about noon each day to 2 am, could not get away from the music (bass). I mean in the room and at the pool all the way to the edge of the water of the gulf! Bikini Beach needs to put us a sound barrier wall or they are going out of business! The staff is great, the room was good!

The best negative positive review! Pictures online are very deceiving once we arrived I was not happy with the awful condition of the room for the price. The location was good and the beach was nice. The tiki bar was not open the whole time as advertised. It was also advertised all on the signs out front and online. The pool was clean the staff kept the area up while we were there. We had to move because of mold, a moldy smell & all of the rust. Plus the floor turned out feet black when we came from the beach. My some is allergic to dirt, dust and mold which was also on the balcony. The tub was stopped up bad. Maintenance came at almost midnight and pulled out a monstrous hair ball out. That was as long as a snake. So gross. Lots of rust on the appliances and the doors. The doors do not properly open and close. My son was stuck outside a few time because of the condition of the doors and handles. The room we were moved to next day was the same but not as much rust on the stove. I won't stay here again. Save your money and go somewhere else for a more comfortable stay. The floors were sticky and gross so we kept our shoes on. Sand was in the bed and we had showered so not sure if they're properly changing the bedding.

After finding out that the A/C was broken at the beach house that we had originally booked, we found ourselves at Bikini Beach. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The room itself was a little dated, but nostalgic, and you can’t beat a room like this for the price. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future!

So I'm not on here to talk trash about this place but I still have to voice my concerns and hopefully guide you in the right direction. If I had read an honest review when I looked thru them I wouldn't have booked this place. Location is AMAZING and the staff was very friendly. Other than that, the rooms were Filthy, the carpet smelled like mold and on top of that, there were roaches both in the elevator and in the rooms. Would not recommend unless you're on a serious budget.

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star! ROOMS DO NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES! Room was disgusting. Carpet has never been cleaned. We had to wear shoes the whole stay. Moldy leak on ceiling from the floor above. Lampshade had blood on it. Big hole in wall with no cover. Vape pens left in drawers from previous guests. Only a few parking spots on location (we never got one) Only parking is across the street. Pool was small and overrun by unattended kids under 12. Manager sat on the beach with her 2 friends chain smoking literally in my kids face. When asked to stop, I was told it was legal to smoke in the beach. This place is trash.
