Bikram Yoga Delray Beach

I came here with the expectation of a challenging yoga experience and I got it! I would make sure to research Bikyam yoga vs. Hot Yoga because they are not the same as I learned. I do enjoy this form of Yoga. It challenges me mentally and physically.

Absolutely love Bikram Delray. The teachers are extremely warm welcoming and knowledgeable. The studio is clean and is very well run. Absolutely love it.

I love the staff, I love the workout, I love the energy, so important for my overall health and well-being. Highly recommend, well worth the effort.

I drive all the way from Miami to attend class at Delray Beach Bikram yoga! It is clean! The Covid precautions are always observed and enforced, creating a safe environment. The teachers are amazing! The spacing on the floor provides social distance. I only wish mice classes were available.

The instructors are very good at getting you into the pose and relaying exactly what is expected to execute the pose properly! Being brand new to bikram that’s made it easy for me to properly do the workout effectively without hurting myself. It’s created a lot of space in my spine my upper and middle back feels so good after a class!

Somehow this past week while we were all excited to rejoin in person, I had been recovering with lots of PT for bursitis of my right hip.we had three of our four family members come down with Covid.everyone had received there shots. Judy and I decided to to the class resume in my garage.while the weather provided a true Bikram experience (at least 90) we were able to witness beautiful clouds and a RAINBOW.then we had a great downpour.class was complete with my husband getting us our Dunkin Coffee. Jon we can't wait until we can be there in person.

The teachers are friendly, kind and they know their stuff. If you want to practice Bikram style HOT Yoga this is THE place to go in Delray.

Luv the classes. Great instructions! Just rejuvenated me after the class. I feel so detoxified and glowing. Everyone need to do this. You need to hydrate a lot before attending, during and after class. You’ll love the experience!

AMAZING! I've been going to this studio for three years and have never been disappointed. I was hesitant to do hot yoga due to Covid, however, John the owner, explained the protocols they have in place and couldn't be more excited about returning! Everything is great! I promise you will NOT be disappointed!

The studio is immaculate. John (owner) is professional, friendly and the studio is managed very well. All the instructors are great. Stacey is a rockstar. Highly recommend!
