They are quick and nice to take your money but when you do need help with claims they don't want to help. Staff is rude when you call in for help but quick to help when you want that add another policy. All they tell you for you to call Claims department. For Claims, you don't even get a specific person. They transfer you from person to person and they never can give a concrete answer. Many time they have said they would call back and they dont. Every time you call in you have to explain everything from the beginning. I've been without my car almost 4 months now, since March 25th. Car is still at repair shop. Worst Experience I e ever had with any insurance company. STAY AWAY!

Happy to report that Amanda Soto is one of the best insurance agents to work with - she is very personable, professional & knowledgeable. Have our car insurance & home owners insurance with State Farm. So far so good!
