Bill Ray Nissan Collision Center, Longwood FL

This is my 3rd vehicle I bring to them. Two were Nissans and this last one was my Cadillac but I was glad to hear they were a preferred shop through my insurance company because they’ve always done a great job and taken care of me. Despite all the delays with GM they made sure my truck was taken care of and as was I. Incredibly happy with the job and my Cadillac looks brand new. Highly recommend to anyone in the area needing work done on their vehicle.

Had to get my SUV repaired. Staff walked me through he process and delivered my car when they said they would with no delays and stayed in communication throughout the process. Very happy

Isaiah with Billy Ray Nissan was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. My car was dropped off for an insurance claim with damage in the front bumper due to a hit and run while it was parked in my neighborhood. Isaiah explained the order time for Toyota parts both factory and aftermarket. When I asked for factory parts only so they would fit better, he said Bill Ray Nissan covers the extra cost (original parts are more expensive) so my claim would not be higher. Also, the turnaround time was a little over a week. I think this is a great service for body work, will be happy to use them again.

I was having a hard time finding a shop to take in my car before the hurricane when someone with no insurance damaged my vehicle and as soon as I called Isaiah was immediately able to accept my car and greeted and helped me soon as I arrived. I can’t imagine what I would have done if I had not spoken with Isaiah to get my car fixed. Thank you.

I brought my car here for almost a year now! But they havent done to fix it! It cost 9k USD but some parts needs to change but no update at all.

The collision center at Bill Ray Nissan has been fantastic in helping me deal with my car that was in an accident. They have been in touch with me keeping me updated with the status of the vehicle and went over and above to make sure that the vehicle is in the best shape. I cannot say enough good things about the first very traumatic day when Darren was an absolute angel helping me. He straightened out a big issue with my insurance and even helped me get the rental car company to pick me up.

Isaiah and Christian in the Collision Center are exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. They took their time to review everything with me and my wife to ensure that we felt comfortable and knew exactly what to expect with our car. First of all Darren Thompson, collision estimator, was professional and courteous when informing me of the process and what to expect when dealing with repairs and insurance companies.
Second- He should great consideration to determine if my insurance company set up a rental car, which they didn't. He offered to provide a courtesy car but I had already contacted a ride.
Then when my insurance agent could not be reached and no reservation made and it was the holiday weekend.
Third -Darren understood my need to pick up my car which is necessary to do my job until I was able to get things straightened out with my insurance company.
This is a lengthy explanation to explain my appreciation for Darren's professionalism and personal caring for customer. Great experience.
