I was looking to purchase all new appliances for my condo down in florida. As we're redoing and bringing it up to date all appliances are in working order. I have money market account earning interest of $500 a month free money right. As I was thinking took out account with brandsource credit 12 zero interest. I live 6 months in another state. As working with Steve Valentines he might blow a 5000 commission deal. As he hasn't got back with me on tax free item. I would have change my review but they would rather bot work together.

I never post things on the internet. However, I felt like it would be a real disservice to others not to let them know how awful this place is. For years I bought all my appliances there and they did a good job. Over the past 2 to 3 years, they have gone downhill. My dryer has been broken for 3 weeks. It is under warranty and they “just can’t tell me when the parts will arrive”. Also the customer service there is terrible - they make no effort to help you or to try to solve the problem. I asked the supervisor to call me 3 times and nobody has ever called me back. If you buy an appliance here be prepared that is something breaks down it will take at minimum a month to get it fixed. This place charges more than most and the service is horrible.please don’t buy from them.

The showroom floor is dark and gives you a feeling like you're in someone's basement. The dingy lighting makes it difficult to actually see and appreciate the appliances. We ordered an appliance and was told because of hurricane Ian it would take 8 weeks to get. We crossed the street to Best Buy to shop for a telphone and realized they were selling the same microwave we had just purchased at Bill's for the same sale price and could be delivered in 3 days! We canceled our order at Bill's and as promised Best Buy delivered the microwave in 3 days!

Bill Smith you should be a shame! We purchased a refrigerator and told your sales person that we lived in an RV and he assured us that delivery/set and removal of the old refrigerator would be no problem. We were told to call Thursday after 5 to set up delivery. We called and left a message. Nobody called us until the delivery guy was 40 minutes out. I had to rush to clean out the refrigerator only to have the guys refuse to remove the old one and bring the new one in. This was the only reason we bought it there. We paid more for this service. We were told it would be no problem. It is shameful the way you take advantage of older people. Especially when we are all trying to get back to normal after Ian. Is this how you train your salespeople?

First fridge delivered had issues. Replacement made next business day. Excellent customer service. Wouldn’t buy appliances anywhere else.

Worst experience ever - hiding because company policies. We bought all our units by recommendation of our house builder here. Strongly advise people to not follow our example. I am happy to provide the long list of issues from sales to service.

Service response is not reliable, even when you have a extended warranty. Would not recommend that you buy one. Currently they are telling me over two weeks till I can get service on a washing machine.especially at the holidays. No excuses. You try and go two weeks without a washer.

Excellent personnel. Competitive prices. I moved here in 74 and they were in business then. Good service.
Update. My refrigerator died on 12/23/21. I had a new one installed and in service on 12/24 before 3 pm. I doubt anyone else in this area would give that kind of service.

Bought $1,650 refrigerator from Bill Smith for a rental apt. VERY little use over 4 years (looks brand new, stickers, no fingerprints, etc.). It failed spectacularly (compressor, ice maker, etc.). Wanted >$1,100 to fix. $100 for service tech to even look at it and tell me they've experienced problems with that model. Online reviews now show that it's a lemon. No effort to remedy by Bill Smith or LG. Phone customer support agents were very professional (thus 2 stars), but the whole experience was frustrating. I feel taken.

Chuck was great. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. He didn't push anything on me. He answered all my questions. He knew the cost was something I was really watching and helped to get lesser where I could. I had my husband on the phone and Chucked talked with both of us and even answered questions my husband had. It was great.

Built a new home 6 months ago and all appliances came from Bill Smith. The freezer kept leaking water and had to be replaced after 3 months. The doors on the new one were dented badly and had to wait 4 months to get replacements for those. The dryer had to be replaced 3 different times. Each time the one they brought was either dented or didn't work at all. Now the heating sensor has gone bad in the new one. Waited 3 weeks for a replacement part and now have to wait another 3 weeks to get it installed even though the part is here. Not to mention that the dryer isn't heating at all right now - it is useless and they clearly don't care. Dealing with Bill Smith has been nothing but headaches. If their service is that backed up that may be an insightful clue...

Always available to take care of you.
Their tech was going to come out this week and look at our tv.
There was a 100.00 dollar service fee but because the mother board was bad he immediately said so and saved us the fee for coming out.

Walked in at 5: 55, not realizing they close at 6, was very nicely greeted and had my questions answered. Joe, I think, offered some education that I appreciated. He was not rushing me out. Very professional. Haven't bought yet this time, but have several times before.

We ended up having a good experience. When we walked in to the store, no one asked us if we needed help or what we were looking for. We were walking around until we found a person and asked if he could help us. Mark was helpful and answered our questions. He was knowledgeable about the products.

We are changing our Naples home stove from electric
to gas. We have use propane because natural gas is not available in our neighborhood.
We went to Bill Smith appliances and purchased a beautiful GE Cafe gas stove. Because of Covid we ordered the stove in February and did not get deliver until July. We were at our summer home in PA when it was delivered. When we returned to our Naples home on 10/19/21 the stove was in place with all the shipping material still in place. Only the exterior box was removed.
I called Bill Smith because the instructions stated the the stove was set up for natural gas and would need converted to propane by a professional. Bill Smith said that we would have to find a company to convert it at our expense. We were never told this when we purchased the unit.
We did contact a professional and are having it converted.
In the mean time I decided to attached a safety bracket to the top back of the unit that is designed to keep the stove off the back wall which would be a fire hazard. There are 4 self tapping screws that attach the part. None of the 4 screws would tighten down to secure the part.
I called Bill Smith service and retail store many time and they said they are not responsible for assembly.
How can you sell a 3,000.00 stove and not be responsible for problems that occur with assembly.
I got the run around all day and spent 5 hrs trying to tighten 4 screws. Something that should take minutes. Bill Smith refused to send someone out to look at or repair the problem.
What ever happen to service or warranty.
Be smart and go to Lowe’s or Home Depot.
I finally call GE direct and in minutes they decided to send out a service tech.
I gave Bill Smith 1 star and they don’t deserve that!

Although there are supply issues these days which are of course not due to Bill Smith Appliances, we had a very good experience. Mark was very helpful and did a great job getting an order placed for a new oven. We have been purchasing our appliances from Bill Smith for many years and have always had a great experience and great quality.
