We also had a home built in Northport.the builder let the bill smiths delivery people in with our new washer and dryer. When we moved in we found that the delivery people never removed the cardboard from them.after repeat phone calls and visits to the store. It's been two months since we moved in and after making two or three appointments to remove the cardboard.it still sits there. Wwe also had a problem with the doors to the washer and dryer. They sent their repair man to the house and he was rude and nasty as I've ever heard. We told him then about the cardboard and again it still sits there. I will never purchase anything from this company again. DONT DO IT you'll be sorry.

Very disappointed as my wife and I just bought our first brand new home and we’re very excited about getting our new washer and dryer. We were both gone when they could deliver so my mother in law was here to let the guys in. The sales rep told us they would have no problem and that our room was plenty big. Not only did they smash up my walls and door frames, they scratched our washer and dryer set in multiple spots and then pushed them really tight together so you couldn’t see it and then had my mother in law sign a form that there was no damages. If we would have known that the company was going to be so careless and shady.we would have purchased somewhere else. Might as well go to Home Depot.

I felt very comfortable purchasing appliances here. Very helpful with selection, sale, and delivery.

I bought a new Samsung range there recently. Javier R
the salesman, was helpful in selling me what I was looking for, and Delivery came sooner than I was expecting, only a few days after I purchased it. Unfortunately the stove was damaged, dented badly on the top. I called Javier at the store, and he suggested that I accept the range in the damaged condition, and he promised to locate another of the same model and have it swapped out with the damaged one. I am still waiting on a replacement, and I haven't yet received a call from the store with an update. That is somewhat disappointing, since everything else was handled well. If/ when I get the replacement as promised, I will give the store a 5 star rating. If it doesn't come, I am inclined to lower the 3 star rating further.

Quickly acknowledged by sales rep. He provided information on the products I was looking at and with his input I made my purchases. Glad Bill Smith has knowledgeable employees.

1) The day we were conducting the sale of appliances, the roof was being worked on. The environment was very difficult to hear the conversation that was conducted. We missed a lot of information.
2) The salesman entered the wrong panels for the refrigerator.
3) The company price matches, but when all was said and done, we don't believe it did.
4) The store wanted to charge additional money for delivery, which we already paid for.
5) When the appliances were delivered, only one panel (which was incorrect) came with the order.
6) We were told that complimentary panels were included for the refrigerator. The problem is that we (the buyers) missed this information due to the construction being done at the store during the sale.
7 We had to drop the wrong panel off to the store. This should have been the stores responsibility and we are hopeful that the correct panels will be delivered soon.
