16Needed to buy a new refrigerator quickly one month ago (mid June). Shopped around Naples and settled in with Robert Ross at Bill Smith. Subsequently bought an LG 4 unit package of appliances which were delivered within one week's time. Home Depot had a similar package that was over $1000 more totally and could not be delivered for over one month. The Range was dented when delivered. We refused it and Robert replaced it and delivered a new Range the next day. Great service with no pressure. Higly recommend Bill Smith and Robert Ross.
I ordered 3 appliances. We have two of them which took months to get. We are still waiting for a refrigerator and since we won’t be back in Florida for a few months, we don’t know if we got it or not. Probably not since there is no one to receive it!
The service was professional and courteous. The store is very busy. The prices are the best in town. We shopped other stores. Robert was very helpful. God bless USA!
Last week I gave a not so favorable review regarding Bill Smith, I would like to change that review. I did have many problems with a range I purchased from Bill Smith and I understand they only sell and are not the manufacturer but I needed help from someone, this range was really a lemon. After posting all the repairs the manufacturer was doing with no success I received a call from someone, within the Bill Smith Company and he told me Bill Smith will stand behind what they sell and will replace my range. It was arranged to have a new range installed within 4 days and I am happy to say it is working perfectly. They really are true to customer care, which is a rarity today. I most certainly will be shopping there again. Thank you Bill Smith
This was our first trip to Bill Smith and we had a fabulous experience! Alex Schuster took excellent care of us and happily answered our long list of questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us select appliances for our new kitchen as well as a new washer and dryer. They also match the big box stores prices. No need to look anywhere else!
That don’t fix things under a Decent time. It’s been two months and my fridge raider is still broken and now My washing machine and dishwasher are broken now
We were greeted warmly when we walked in the door and told that someone would help us momentarily. After about 5 minutes a gentleman approached us and asked if he could help us. We were looking for a replacement clothes dryer and he was very nice in letting us just look at what dryers they had on the floor. He maintained his social distance and had a mask on. He answered all my questions and concerns and was not pushy but helpful. We finally reached a decision on the dryer we were comfortable with and arranged for payment and delivery. The entire process was very comforting and we were glad to have had such a great experience! Thank you for great service!
I made one phone call to Bill Smith Electronics & Appliances, told them what I was looking for. In less than 30 minutes I received a quote and approximate delivery date. (pending any covid issues). They were great.
The gentleman that (Bill Smiths) had sent over to my home (Tony) was a gentleman and very well versed in his profession. Made his diagnosis and within ten minutes job accomplished!
This is was SERVICE should be! My hat goes off to Tony and to Bill Smith Appliances!
Should I say more?
Waited four months for a stove. They kept pushing back the date. I understand there is a pandemic. Followed up multiple times, they kept telling me I was first in line and the date got pushed back further and further. When I decided to cancel the order miraculously the stove was available that same week. Attempted to deliver, but delivery people could not remove or install a gas line. These people are rude and morons to boot. Not a good combination.
Bill Smith appliances are of quality grade. The service technicians that delivered my refrigerator and installed we’re courteous, knowledgeable and completed the job perfectly. Thank you Bill Smith!

Had to change my 5 star review to a 2 star.helpful AND accommodating. We had a price point we didn’t want to exceed and a delivery date to meet. Our sales rep Lawrence aided by a very helpful store manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) set us up with name brand Refrigerator, slide in range and dishwasher and made it all happen quickly. Thank you and highly recommend you.
Update: we received a call on the day of delivery letting us know our refrigerator is damaged. A replacement was found but won’t be delivered until the following Tuesday. Over a week later. When the delivery team arrived. Our Dishwasher had an obvious dent in the door that we can only assume had been there for awhile since it also had rust. Still no word on a replacement.
On a positive note. The slide in range was fine.
Great people to work with for your appliance needs. Good prices and good recommendations on installers who are professional and punctual.
While Alex & Bill Smith (Naples FL) was a fine sales help the orders were complicated by very long delays (partly due to COVID) and delivery on two occasions was most awful. Both times we received damaged doors on appliances - then we are sent through hoops to get service and expect more delays and inconvenience on the matter since we live out of state. It took many months for the orders to come in and many weeks for one of the service issues to be addressed and the delivery man smashed into the door and broke a key off in our dead bolt so that is now another matter we have to deal with. I never had any issues with Good Deals or Home Depot, Lows, but thought we give Bill Smith a try and receive access to better products (which may be the case) and service (which so far has been disappointing at best) with Bill Smith -
We were very pleased with the repair technician who located & unclogged a drain on our Viking refrigerator last Monday Oct. 26th. The tech was most professional & efficient!
Went looking for a refrigerator as ours had died. The sale woman was extremely knowledgeable, price was comparable and was delivered next day.
