Bill is a very likeable, standup guy…the fact that he treats every customer like his only customer is what made my first order all the way from Sandton, South Africa, a complete hassle free experience. Especially when it can take months and lots of stress when ordering something from any other US based company I have ordered from. Heck, even with European companies I have always had issues. But with Bill? Absolutely no issues AT ALL!

I stumbled across Bills Exhausts after doing my general googling. I wanted to get rid of the stock standard euro 5 toasters on my Busa. I struggled in Australia to get stock and retailers weren't willing to commit to an ETA as had been trying since January. Cost in Australia to purchase was nearly $3000 to get the full 4 to 1 Akrapovic Suzuki Ref: S-S13R1-APLT Titanium Full Line System with no luck. Dealt directly with Bill himself, he was amazing to deal with, small business with old school customer service. Pricing was great and competitive. Communication was second to none. I ended up ordering a tail tidy, premium filter and a zero gravity screen as-well. Communication and Service was above and beyond what I had expected. Delivery to Australia was spot on and items arrived perfectly and safely. I always got a reply if I had a query. I was informed every step of the way.
