This place is a well run operation. I had a flat tire and was unable to locate the leak. The manager took a look and quickly had someone remove the tire and find the leak. They patched the leak and I was on my way, quickly. Not sure exactly how long it took but was definitely less than an hour. Reasonable price too:)

Honest and very thorough about their repairs. I feel very secure and comfortable with them fixing my car.

Had fan system fixed and they warranties the work. Got me back to work the next day. Thank you guys so much.

I have used, and recommended Bills for years. They have always been fair and honest. They were the only repair shop we would used. Unfortunately, I think this time, I paid for a service that wasn’t actually performed.

I took my Chevy Malibu in because the transmission was slipping. I was hopeful that it was low/bad trans fluid and not a full transmission replacement needed.

I talked to Kevin, and he said although they don’t do the transmission work, they could flush and replace the trans fluid to see if that helps. He explained that it might be a waste of $260 if it still slips afterwards. I agreed to move forward with it anyways (fingers crossed).

They called me and said I could pick up the car. I immediately noticed it was still slipping, and a waste of money. Oh well…I knew that was likely, so I took it to a shop that could replace the transmission.

They mentioned that the transmission fluid had metallic flakes all throughout and was essentially black sludge. How is this even possible if Bills Automotive flushed and replaced the trans fluid the day before?

I explained it to the shop, and they assured me that there was NO WAY the fluid had been changed the day before. That not only were there metal flakes and sludge, but the fluid was also quite low.

What did I pay $260 for?

I called Bills and explained the situation to whoever answered the phone. They said they would have someone call me back. I also texted the number that always follows up after appointments. No response from Bills.

No complaints over what work they do, just general attitude and a complete disregard for anyone elses time. Third time I've had issues- this time I scheduled to leave truck there the entire day so they could fix the air conditioning and do an oil change/service. Told them it needed a/c repair when I made the appointment ; went over the repairs needed again when I dropped the car off. Was even told they would start on it first thing in the morning in case they needed parts, and call me with a quote about the air. Got a call around noon that the car was ready; asked about the air and was told they didn't find anything wrong. Went at 3 to pick it up- air conditioning still not fixed, was told they never looked at it. Kevins comment- "thats not good". No explanations, no apologies, just a "too bad" attitude. Glad business is good, but I'm tired of bringing my car here. One of the few bad reviews I've ever written.

I was completely and pleasantly surprised at how professional and fair they were. Very pleasant people to deal with also. I will come back here for all of my auto work that needs to be done. Thank you so much!

Kevin the owner is wonderful, so is his Staff. I had a New Engine put in by Kevin and his Staff.with a 2 year warranty.the car runs like a charm.great price. 5 star rating

My dad got his car worked on at bills and they switched out a broken gasket with a new broken one, it’s a waste of your time going here I would NEVER recommend

Been here for decades. Prices are reasonable. Best dealing with the father / owner than the son.

Good, decent, honest mechanics. The place is clean, small convenience store. Maybe a little busy and crowded. Same owners as the one on ALT 19 in Palm Harbor.

Bills Mobil & Auto Service Center is the best place in town to get your automobile serviced at! We have been taking our SUV’s here for about a year now and they are always honest, and do everything at a fair and reasonable price. I took my SUV into Bill Automotive the day before we left for a long trip to GA. He found that we needed a new water pump and did everything he could to make sure to get a new pump, and have it installed before we had to leave. Bill goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of! I highly recommend taking any kind of car or SUV you have to Bill!

This place is great. The people are nice. Kevin called me told me what had to be done and the price. Will be going back to get my other cars serviced.

I would never take my SUV anywhere else. Bobby is very knowledgeable and never tells me I need repairs that I don’t. Truly Bobbie is an auto mechanic you can trust. He also tells me what repair I need but that I can wait to get it done. You will not regret going to Bill’s Automotive.

My husband did call and express our disappoint after the second round in the shop. They admitted that they could not get it as cold as they wanted, and the only other option was to add another fan which might then harm the motor down the line. I was never told it couldn't actually be fixed until after the work was done and paid for. Any conversations that we had, I was trying to be patient and let you guys fix the problem. We never would have paid $1800 for a "hopefully it will work" situation, if I had known there was any hesitation I would have saved my money. The air is not coming out even close to 50 degrees - if it was, there wouldn't be an issue to discuss. The age of the vehicle was never a problem until after we paid and expressed we were not happy with it. I was also never told that this was a quote for the front ac only. The motor has 99k on it and the body/frame rust free, but if you want it to appear that this was a total pile of junk, be my guest.

I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with Bills. Brought our Ford Econoline van in and had them do a once-over to see what needed servicing. Asked how much it would be to fix the AC and was quoted $1500 by the owner for the size of the van. This was a large expense for us, but we figured it was worth it for comfortable driving on road trips. $1800 later, our AC is blowing warm air and we are told it's the best they can do.they are blaming it on the size of the van, but the air coming out is warm.even if we put up a wall between the front and back it would still be hot, because the air itself is not cold air. So my question is why would they even tell us they could fix it if this wasn't possible? We basically just wasted $2k with our van in the shop for 7 days for absolutely no reason. We just got married last month and bought the van as a marriage present to ourselves, and now all we have is a headache.

Great place, great mechanics and honest reliable work. Been a customer of Bill's for over 20 years and I'll continue to go there when I need mechanical work that I cant (or don't want to) do myself.
