3pm Sunday. Service was incredible!
Hush puppies were good and onion straws were pretty good, but just a little greasy. Shore platter with Sea Bass blackened is excellent, mashed potatoes are delicious but yellow rice was a bit dry.
Key lime pie was delicious too.
Great place to eat. Two meals, dessert and tip $80

Went here the other day and had a great time! Food was excellent! I really wanted to leave a compliment my server, stephanie. She was very sweet and attentive and humble. I will definitely be visiting again if the service is this good! Came for the food, will return for the excellent hospitality! Thank you again to Stephanie for giving me and my family a great dining experience

While out on the motorcycle, I like to try different restaurants, on this ride we stopped in Billy's. Appetizers we got hush puppies and onion straws. Main we got the Shore platter which was the only thing I could find that looked good, that had to deal with seafood. Unfortunately everything else I was not feeling it. Reason for 4 stars they have 3 desserts, turtle cheesecake, Peanut butter pie, key lime. For those that have nut allergies your stuck with the key lime pie. Which limiting someone's options like that is not ok, at least putting warm bread pudding on menu for these cooler days/nights might be helpful to those that can't eat your desserts. Tho the key lime pie wasn't tart like most, it's a dessert I have to be in the mood for and wasn't really feeling it. View on the other hand gorgeous and the decor was amazing, the wood design is to die for, and the top of building reminds me of the old TV series "Fantasy Island" the plane, the plane Yes I did go there.

The food was good but the customer service from seating to waitress was unprofessional to say the least. It was disappointing. Unorganized and rude.

I had the grouper sandwich, fried with fries. Everything was great! We also tried the broiled shrimp which was good and green beans were excellent! Would definitely order again!

Mask policy.you have to wear until you are seated.because infectious air particles only hang around in the air column at approximately 5-6 ft.do NOT get the cheapo margarita. Tastes like watered sewage. The turtle cheesecake and key lime pie were both amazing.

Billy's Stone Crab - what a gem! We stopped in for a Saturday lunch at their loft/rooftop bar area and had a glorious time. The VIEWS! Bar service was great, lunch was delicious (fried grouper nuggets, hush puppies, crispy fries, blackened Mahi Mahi), and a very tasty slice of key lime pie to finish it off. We walked out of there for $60 for 3 lunches (including dessert and a couple beers). Definitely beats the tourist price tag at many other seafood restaurants.

What a fun place! Great indoor and outdoor eating areas. The rooftop bar had amazing water views and live music. The indoor bar/restaurant had live music as well. People were friendly and good food too! They even have great early bird specials too! Love it! A must on anyone's list of places to eat, grab a quick bite, listen to music or dance! Hooty hoo!

Donna was awesome! Great personality awesome house margaritas at AWESOME 2.99 price tag especially! Love the live entertainment was seriously awesome one man band! The grilled fish was a little blame but the onion crusted fish was amazing and the shrimp and scallops did not dissapoint! LOVE THE ROOF TOP BAR AND VIEW WITH DINNER!

Very disappointing. Worst restaurant meal in a very long time. Overcooked prime rib, horrible greasy little scraps of onion they called onion straws. Downright nasty mashed potatoes. Scallops were served in a plate full of water and had no flavor. The margaritas were cheap because they were lime-flavored water. And speaking of frozen (scallops!), the only thing that was almost good was the coconut shrimp, if you could get past the cheweyness. Is it under new ownership or management? We have been to Billy's many times and have enjoyed it, but will probably never go back.

Mask required here STILL. That is against Florida law. We have been dining here for years. Apparently they don't want our business and money and there many other restaurants we support. I will be reporting them to Tallahassee.

Billy's is one of the best seafood restaurants in the Tampa Bay area that I have frequented for many years! The food and service are excellent and the location is perfect! When they have entertainment it is a fun place to go and have good time with friends and family!

The loft bar upstairs is fantastic, you will not be disappointed! The entertainment, especially if Pete Merrigan is playing, is wonderful. The grouper is delicious and seasoned well. The bartenders are lovely, Donna is always welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a fun evening out this is your place.

At around 25 to thirty dollars a plate all I can say is uninspired and over priced. Between the grouper, hog fish special and the fries I would choose the fries. Billy clearly hasn’t eaten at his own establishment in a while. Save your money and get a Fillet of fish from McDonalds. The same quality but a much better value.

Terrible service and I am well aware that getting servers right now is hard for all restaurants. However, our server was so rude. He stood 3 feet away from our table as if he was terrified of us infecting him with Covid. He was masked keep in mind and we were given a mask by host at door to wear to our table. No drink refills and no offer of dessert. I was gonna take key lime pie home but oh well. Food was sub par: it’s Billy’s, expect nothing more. We live in TV and thought after not going there for a few years that we would give it another try.never ever again. Server never told us his name. Never checked to see how our food was. Just brought us our check and took payment at end of meal.

Had a great view of the neighborhood waterway. Staff was friendly and very attentive, which we appreciated greatly after a long drive. Coconut shrimp and margherita pizza were fantastic.

Excellent food and great service. Freshest and tastiest crabs legs I have has in a very long time. Fish spread also exceptional! Great place and we will definitely go again!

I was a little disappointed I always get the conch fritters with a cherry sauce no longer have the sauce the rest of our meal was awesome
