Only place I would donate. The employees as well as management are nice and work as hard as they can to get you in and out.

Friendly staff. Sometimes it gets backed up, but if you go early things go quicker. Clean. Internet.

Even though it was super late, the people working when I came in to donate (Nicole, Sebastian and Katelyn) were super nice and even though it was busy, they kept it professional and were still personable and genuinely just nice and calm. I felt terrible coming in so late but this location always has the best people working, it can get busy but it’s always worth it to have the great interactions I have with the staff. Thank you for everything BioLife does!

They never can answer the phone and provide information no matter what time you try calling just to be sent on voicemail

This place has seen some recent improvements. The process seems a lot more straightforward and structured. My most recent stop I was in and out. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I will be back later for sure!

Always friendly, Remi is super professional. The key to quick service is finding the right appointment window, anytime after 5: 00 is slammed.

Very good experience. I would make one small critique. For a newcomer, it would be nice for you all to Make sure that someone is always standing at the reception desk. It was a little awkward, trying to figure out what to do to get started. Otherwise, everyone is very communicative, resourceful, and helpful. Shout out to Juda for her smiles and comforting assistance.

Recently donated at this facility for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The facility was clean and organized and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was busy when I went in, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the process went. I have been to other BioLife facilities in the past and this by far was my best experience. I will definitely be back!

This place is great. Sure, there are long lines.but you're coming in VOLUNTARILY and you walk out with money. And they have WiFi, so personally I'd rather stand in line (and lie down on a bed) watching Netflix and make money instead of sitting on the couch. Plus, we're saving lives and it's a great reminder to eat healthier and to take care of my body.

I've been donating plasma for a few months now, always very well attended to by the team, everyone is always friendly and attentive.
