Sue to the wrong information being documented in 2019 I was denied access to donate after driving a 30 min in traffic and waiting for 20 min. Mia is the supervisor who stated she does not have any more to assist with. She can’t do anything.

I was told to donate is an option, it’s voluntary.it’s not too save lives it up too you to volunteer your time due too there negligence.

The donors are treasure of diversity to watch and the staff is hilarious to interact with as well as disciplined in their mastery of science. I have loved each visit and look forward to the next.

Since losing my mom, I have found the importance of donating plasma. Sure, most people do it for the money (and that is completely ok) but I do it because it helps save lives.
I am proud to donate and I am given a monetary incentive to do so. To me, that’s a bonus.
I have donated in other centers but they are just not as clean, organized, and well managed as the location on Discovery Drive.
Staff is friendly and seem to always be happy. I see a lot of teamwork and camaraderie amongst the team.
I don’t know what is considered the “perfect donation center”, but I would wager a guess that this location comes pretty close the mark. I really sense there is a lot of pride here.
Just want to give a thank you to all that donate and to this location for making the experience here a really good one all of the time.

The bad treatment, they discriminated against me for not speaking fluent English and they denied me the service. They told me that those who serve people with little fluency in English is another office. Little ethics and professionalism

First time going to this center and I got physically sick since they wanted me to eat again and drink more than my body could handle. Not to mention the wait time and you’ll continuously hear the staff laughing. I probably won’t go back.

These folks remove more plasma than is safely recommended. For my weight and height they should only draw 750 mL’s. Instead they always drew 880 mL’s. Their wait times are excessive and they don’t have vending machines to have a snack before you donate. So if you’re waiting an hour and a half before you donate, which is their average wait time, you make get physically sick since they require you eat an hour before donating. Someone should report them for taking more plasma than recommended for height and weight.

Staff super nice and caring. The Doctor was very helpful with all my questions and medical situation. The girl that contacted me to the machine was explaining step by steps how the process works.

Its a scam…i drive all the over here but the days when im due the bonus there is always an issue with bp or iron…. One time it said my bp was so high my family was scared i went to er and it was normal…. Machines need to be updated and stop scaming prople out of there bonuses! Go to bpl they treat u wayyyy better!

This staff is amazing, the people is wonderful, work very efficiently they the best of The best. I love them especially Damari is the best the best leader, she is incredible. I love them

Is a good center to go to. Unfortunately some staff that take your pressure and blood are rude and bad attitude. When you are working, in order to give clients a great experience you need to be in a good mood. Business is business and things have to be done right. Also, I’ve had payment issues several times and gotta deal with management more than twice in less than a year. Service over the phone is disappointing but overall is good place to do this.

Can no longer donate because of something that had to do with my red blood cells over 5 years ago, makes no sense but whatever I'll just go somewhere else

Excellent location, the facility is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The restrooms are kept clean, the waiting room is relaxing and not over crowded. The process is very quick and efficient, even during peak busy hours the wait time is very minimal. The highlight of this location is the staff, every visit regardless of time or day, the staff is professional, friendly, informative, and overall a pleasure to donate. Highly recommend.

Awful…. Don’t go there. Please just go to octapharma or BPL. BPL is a little ghetto and rude but the managers there do care. Octapharma has great employees but the little black girl manager is awful. The white guy and black guy managers are awesome though. Just avoid the little demon and you will be good.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The employees do not care nor care to explain things to the people keeping them in buisness, which are the customers! I purposfully wait every six months to donate because that is simply the best compensation for waiting hours on end to actually begin the donation portion. Well i was only paid as a returning customer not a new donor because i unknowly returned prior to 180 days (three weeks early) no where on their site does it state after 180 days of your last donation will you be considered a new donor.it simply states after 6 months you will be considered a new donor and will have to go through a physical.well i went through the physical and they are still trying to argue with me about their rules, sorry but if its not on the website how can you argue a customer is incorrect? Im baffled with this company and i will never donate here again. Now in order for me to receive new donor compensation i have to wait another six months?

I was considering if I should write this review or not but I feel like I needed to. On Friday 29th I went to my second donation of the week that is supposed to be $100. A new technician did all my vitals (weight, pressure, etc) and apparently I was dehydrated which never happened to me before since I drink a lot of water but I understood. She told me I was good to come back the next day so I did that and everything was good this time, so when I’m about to donate they saw a bruise on my arm which they actually gave me on my first visit on that week because apparently their staff is not well prepare and didn’t stick the needle properly so I could finish my donation that day due to the bruise they gave me. They tell me that they were suppose to check that bruise when I did my vitals, where they actually do arm check and apparently don’t even pay attention really so a nurse came by to check it and tell me I couldn’t donate because of it. So the technician said she is gonna speak to the manager to see what she can do about the situation. When she came back she was basically apologizing on the manager behalf which btw never came to me to talk about the situation and see what can be done, and saying they gonna give me a compensation of $20 for the trouble. How that’s fair when the mistake was on their staff behalf so thanks to that I can’t donate for some time? I never got any problems when I started as a new patient and the experience was very nice overall but after some time going there this place been a joke. Kinda disappointing…The only ones I can vouch for is Damaris and Malaika they know their stuff and they are always so nice as well.

I wish I could say I’m surprised but I’m not. I’ve been donating plasma here for 4 years, so many staff members continually are rude and don’t care about the people that come there (the ones that are amazing hopefully know it) but majority of people here could care less and show it. Nurses are condescending and laugh in your face to you. Managers don’t care (other than Josh) you’ll get a “okay we’ll talk to them” and “have a nice day” it’s all a script and the behaviors continue to happen. Your arms will be bruised for weeks and if you feel light headed after you’re refused water because it’s for “new donors only”. I’ve walked out with my arm bleeding through all bandages and had to stop driving and run back. I’m finally telling myself to never go back. Nobody deserves to be disrespected while trying to do good and put up with so much disorganization and chaos. There’s a reason there’s so many 1 star reviews for this place. Edit: I want to add in that I have been an Ultimate VIP here as well for a while and waited 4+ hours to get set up, I’ve been through it all here and all the manager had to say was her script and hung up. When people are getting hurt, disrespected and not even taken seriously and there are multiple testimonies of that in the negative reviews that should be your reason to not go here. You even have to harass them for your payment. Save yourself the time and gas and go somewhere else.

Generally a good experience though I’ve had run in with a host that has terrible bed side manners and when proceeded to stick me poorly didn’t explain what was happening but left me with a painful needle in my arm to laugh with her other coworkers before waiting to come back with a lead to adjust my line. Not the best experience I’ve had here at all- I know we’re in dyer need of employees but please make sure they are treating your customers properly

I came for my visit 11/10/2021 after not donating for a while. Rachel took me into the booth, was super smart, patience with all the questions I had, amazing & super sweet. I love coming to this plasma location. I been coming here since high school. All of the employees are super educated & super helpful with anything when donating. Love this place!
