This is long overdue.

First of all, anyone leaving a bad review has clearly never donated anywhere else.

This place is AMAZING! Every single person working here is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring.

You're not going to a restaurant and having waiter service where they kiss your a$$. These men and women have to remember a step by step process for OUR (I still go here) benefit. The music is great and like what you would hear on the radio. The average person spends an hour and a half here. Everyone is in and out and always happy.

Literally, each person working here will have the same interaction 30 times a day. They do not remember everyone but they know their stuff.

I'd name everyone I owe a thank you too, but I fear I'd leave someone out.

This is a great center with professional, experienced and kind staff. It's clean and proficient. They have excellent bonus programs for new donors and pay for continued donations thereafter. I recommend:)

Justin was vary nice and welcoming he goes above and beyond to make each and every persons visit personal and he leaves you with a smile a laugh or even a tear from laughing so hard I appreciate him and glad he is part or the team rohanda was just as wonderful if it ranged from a good morning with a smile a quick response to your needs also she is vary aware of her position and what needs to be done to keep the flow of the businesses going

All of the staff are amazing! Justin, Rhonda, Kelly, Vanessa, Syrina, Ivy…they are friendly, professional and do a great job! Every experience has been great! It’s quick, a clean facility and pays well.

I always have the best experience when I come in. The staff is always friendly and nice. I love to to see Justin and Vanessa when I come in. They both have a great sence of humor and great personalites. I love coming here.

Always a great place to donate. Today, I had Justin and Jerdanny help me and they were both very professional and friendly.

Super fast first time donor procedures. The team here was fast and effective. Had no problem getting a good stick and smooth donation. Also the compensation is way more than anywhere else.

I have been going to Biomat for about 6 months now. They are extremely friendly and professional. They make everyone feel comfortable. Kelly and Rhonda are especially skilled phlebotomists. I ask for them every time I go. Biomat gives the biggest payout after you're finished with your first time donor.
With their staff being so great, and being able to supplement my income every week, it's been great.
I recommend Biomat to everyone!

I feel the ladies in the front of very rude. The people in the back the phlebotomist are very nice very wonderful people. They're the reason I returned. Justin and JoJo are awesome

Jerdanne was very skilled at phlebotomy and also very nice. The staff at this center is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Little disappointed today due to the blood pressure cuff not big enough for my arm. Then vein check raised a red flag I have been to this place before it was grisfol never had any issues they had big cuffs and now the small cuff does not fit waste of my time. I will not become a new donor if they don't make changes.like Most of America is not skinny people wake up!

I went here today and 6 employees were standing around doing nothing and was told I had to make an appointment more than a week out. There was no line just workers sitting doing nothing. Trash.
Dont ever go here. They dont take walk-ins.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. All the women in the front are rude and snappy, not friendly to new comers who are trying to figure out how to donate. They roll their eyes when the phone rings. I had an appointment and they didn’t accept my ID’s address because it wasn’t within a 40 mile radius of the center and I can’t be just some homeless person walking in. Mind you that’s how exactly they talked to me, humiliating me further by telling me to go outside if I wasn’t going to donate and make me wait outside in the heat for my ride. I just moved here this month and they requested a lease agreement which I went and brought back with hopes to finally donate to where they accused me of bringing a “fake lease” even though it was given to me by my landlord.signed and dated.with a phone number to reach him and everything. Stay away from this place, they don’t make you feel safe or answer any of your questions.

This is my 4th donation at this center, and I am always impressed with how clean the facility is. The process moves quickly once you complete your initial assessment, I am usually finished in about an hour. The staff here is Phenomenal! Every person I have come in contact with has been very nice and personable, and seems to really enjoy their job

Been waiting over a week for a call back when they have my number. Literally every time they say they'll call they never do.

I give this place a big zero, when they were doing my vain check, I told the person who was doing my vain check, that my vain are light, deep and that my vain roll, so the person who did the vain check didn't bother felling for my vsins to find them instead they just put a rubber band on my arm and tied it around my arm, who does that? Other plasma places I go to fill on your arm for a vsin. I'm not even going to bother becoming a new donor what a waste of time.
