The fact that the address of anyone must be a residence and not just for mail purpose has every one who donate here pass off. Then you must make appointments to even get into donation center. Then if you don't pass anything they provide you your out of any gas money and time for wait for them to waste your time. It to far and they don't keep the same donation amount each month for returning donaors not new donor get the $700 that they would get the first month. Rude staff and even no helpful when they indicated out your address your not currently living at but just using.

I've been trying to become a new donor for three days and no one picks up the phone so I can schedule an appointment. Very dissatisfied!

The wait times are terrible, even when there's just 4 people to be screened. There's no way, it took an hour to get on the donor floor with 3 people in front of me, and to make matters worse, I get skipped while on the floor.

They are so slow it’s not right that it takes over an hour to be put in a bed not very happy with this center at all
Update Been in my bed for 25 minutes and not one employee has even spoke to me still not hooked up at acknowledged what is wrong with these employees?

DONOR BEWARE IN CASE YOU DON’T HAVE A WHOLE DAY TO SPEND AT THE PLASMA CLINIC. So I’ve donated a few places in my life and honestly, the employees are some of the kindest I’ve seen in a plasma clinic. I would have rated it 5 stars, but I made an appointment for 10: 30, I arrived on time, and now it’s 12: 15. Haven’t even started donating. Still in the waiting room. Which means I still have to wait to get stuck AFTER I finally get back there. I want to help people and donate, but to donate 3 - 4 hours? When you make an appointment? Like, if you have too many people coming in, why are you continuing to allow people that haven’t made appointments go back? You need to take a look at your system in which you do things, because people that don’t NEED the money aren’t going to put up with it. If this was an isolated incident that would be one thing, but it’s not. If it continues to be an issue, I’ll for sure not be going back after my new customer bonuses run out and I’ll donate somewhere that values my time. Donor beware if you don’t have a whole day to spend at the plasma clinic.

The staff is great and the process always goes smoothly.
However the wait times are terrible. Even with an appointment you wait an hour and a half to two hours before you even begin to donate. I hope they hire more staff soon to keep up with all the people who want to donate.

Last time I was there about a year ago, they blew up both of my veins with bad sticks and tried everything they could to put the blame on me instead of their poorly trained staff… today I was going to consider trying my luck again before leaving a permanent review, but they can’t even answer the phone. Terrible spot, would not recommend unless you like your veins blown up.

Melissa the receptionist needs an attitude adjustment people are coming here to help save other people's lives and do not need to be dealing with an attitude upon walking in the door I set an appointment and she argued with me about me not having my appointment I almost discontinued to coming back here because of this person but I am not going to let one rotten apple spoil the entire basket

Terrible corporation if I was you I would not go here stay far away they have no respect for their donors let me add the one in fort Meyers I haven't need to I am talking about the new one in Sarasota but if one is like that then I am sure they all are

Ps why fix something that wasn't broke the appointment stuff doesn't work I work a full time job and a weekend job I got up early every Friday and Sunday to be the first one in so I could donate because I have a nephew that plasma saves his life I have donated in numerous states and facilities and when biomat took over it was the worse I wish there was a csl closer cause they were the best so far

They need more staff and the young girls who work there are ALWAYS talking and not wanting to work. The staff is incredibly rude, and slow. Expect to be here at least 4-5 hours

Very slow, takes the staff forever to do one thing, not to mention their very rude. They need more staff, Always waiting atleast 2 hours after my scheduled time to even be seen.

Worst plasma center I've ever been to had a appointment for 230pm and waited a hour so far and haven't even been checked in let alone came close to donate employees act like there patients time is of no importance most of them are standing around talking while people are waiting for hours

I made an appointment and arrived a WHOLE HOUR EARLIER and they still proceeded to assist everyone else that came in after me, NO ONE ASSISTED ME UNTIL I SAID SOMETHING. AND STILL DID NOT GET SEEN FOR A WHOLE HOUR AFTER MY INITIAL APPOINTMENT WAS MADE, 2 HOURS AFTER I ARRIVED.
DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY OVERBOOK IF THEY'RE UNDERSTAFFED.

The people are *generally* pretty nice, but they are terribly slow. If you have a 9: 30 appointment I recommend getting there around 9: 10. It's a great program though and worth waiting for. If you have the time.

I’ve been going here since it was called bio test and I understand if you make an appt you still wait but at the end of the day you get paid well they are attentive to you and make you feel comfortable

I understand they deal with several people a day but they should treat each person that walks through the door, with respect. A few of the staff members are extremely rude and really need to try & just be kind.
I have been a donor for another company in another state and have always had a great experience with them. My 1st time donating here, I walked away with 2 giant bruises (one on each arm). Upon my 2nd visit, they treated me like it was my fault. I was told "since I have small veins" and "I need to drink more water". Ironic because I work in the medical industry & have always been told I have great veins. AND I drink a gallon of water daily.
