I have been donating at this location for years and honestly had never had a problem in the past. This past week a new system has been set up, I understand that any change over in systems is going to have a few glitchs. The change over was not that bad, however with the new system came new requirements. Excess finger printing and SS# usage, although this was not the part that bothered me the most. I was taken back to a room for what I thought was to be a physical, in stead I was given a video to watch and a few papers to read and sign. As I was reading the papers I spoted a few flag words like, attorney, and investigations. I asked what this paragraph meant and what it was all about and wa answered with " I really have no idea. " So at that point I asked if there was anyone in the office who could explain this - answered " I don't think so". At that point I asked, Well can I at least have a copy of this paper for further study, to which I was answered, " I'm sorry but it's against copy policy ". In the past, at least, six years I've been kept in the dark by anyone at this office so this was a very big shock. I'm not sure what all of this is but I'm not really happy about it and I would suggest to everyone that you need to full disclosure when dealing with any company. I WON'T BE BACK. AMF

They turn me down because I am type 2 diabetic. It is well controlled and I looked it up on Google and there is no reason that I can't donate plasma. A friend of mine went there and had arthritis and they wouldn't let her donate either. This is ridiculous that I wasted 2 hours of my time for them to say that.

Tried to donate, and even though I brought proof of my address (my lease) I could not donate because I can't receive mail where I live. Keep in my I was there the day before, showed yhe same proof of address, but didn't have my social security card with me. I was told my proof of address was fine, just needed to have my ss card. Different rules depending on who you ask.what a waste of time and ga$

Very unprofessional, Stafftakes there time because there to busy talking to each other, They talk about stuff members, They are inexperienced, alwys new people.the company, is getting cheaper for what they pay you.going down on price by the month, Its almost not worth it.t there's a couple staff members that speak Spanish when there working on you, n ot professional, speak English.

This place needs to be INVESTIGATED. Deffered myself, husband and a friend for No reason! Excuses after excuses. This place is very shady.

Tl: dr Deceptive business practice and shady af. Borderline Dsicrimantory against those who didnt happen to be donating on the 23rd. Insulting and close minded absence of customer service as I tried to make my case.

They were offering a bonus for anyone who came in to donate on Memorial Day. I happened to be in there without any prior knowledge of this and thought "I'm here on memorial day, another bonus payment to help with bills, cool" fast forward to resolving my donation only to be denied this voucher.

Apparently they only told this to people who donated the 23rd and the rest of us weren't even supposed to know about it. Considering the schedule of donations is fixed at two days out of the week with 7 days between, we would have had to get advance notice to rearrange our schedule to be eligible with this ridiculous requirement. So cool, 10% of their donors lucked out, the rest of us who still donated on memorial day basically told to "get effed"

Tried to explain the issue to a rep who was just getting chastised by her manager for aggressively handling another concerned donor (lucky me) and as you'd expect, she basically ignored me, all but told me to feck off and then walked away without answering my other questions about schedule to the back. This is abysmal client service. It's almost like they don't want people to come in and donate plasma.

Employees are fantastic and the environment is calm and relaxing anytime i walk in. Definitely recommend this place.

Is very courteous and professional, I was ineligible for my own safety, better than possibly harming others or myself, Grifols is a very good company Nationwide I believe, and they surely have it together so whether I got accepted or not doesn't really make a bit of difference what I saw as a retired medical professional, it's ay okay" to me!

Great staff, fast and friendly - to bad the compensation has dropped. CLS make take longer but at least they pay better.

The employees are too busy playing on the phones or hanging out and talking to actually do their jobs

Message machine states "all walk in 1st time donors must show up 1 hour till close" I spoke to a lady there regarding identification. I drove 1 hour after confirming ill be seen. I get there.my 1st time the rudes excuse for a medical employee calls me a liar. GO TO BIOLIFE, CSL THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU SHOULD. THIS LADY SHOULD BELIEVE DELIVERING PIZZA'S (NO CONTACT) RUDE AND JUST BLEW ME OFF LIKE NOTHING. THE WORST VISIT TO ANY MEDICAL FACILITY. Why do u want that at your front desk. THE WORST TYPE OF IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL IS THE FIRST THING THIS BUSINESS SEES. 4 NURSES OR STAFF TO EVERY 1 PATIENT AND SHE REFUSED CUZ SHE THINK SHE GOT AUTORITY. WORK THE DESK. YOUR NOT A DOCOTR

They put a needle in your arm, and then they pay you money. Plus, most of the staff are lovely.

It took 4 months to be told I am definitely differed from giving plasma by a Dr I never met for no given reason. I'm not a minority is the only explanation I can think of. Except for the nurse that told me I was differed, none of the other people behind the reception desk seemed interested to provide any assistance over the 4 months. Was told they tried to contact me over the last 4 weeks, but I have their numbers saved with their name Biomat. Never a call. So, no extra cash. Guess I'll go back to giving whole blood. Will not refer any friends there.

I love their new donor promotion going on right now. The staff here are amazing and know what they're doing
