Have had poor experiences twice with Option Care: once 18 months ago and again just a week ago. Although last week's experience was better in many ways, neither experience was satisfactory. In March 2022, we did not receive our refrigerated medications until hours after the promised delivery time (and by then, it was around 9 PM on a Friday evening), and the other items were incomplete. Because my husband got discharged on a Friday afternoon, no one was available or willing to assist Friday night and Saturday. We were missing items, and the sales rep basically said she was "off the clock" and couldn't help me! This time the sales rep was much better, and the delivery driver was professional and arrived on time, but I never got a virtual follow-up Q&A visit that I requested, and there was a giant communication issue with this company thinking we wanted their staff to take labs and do dressing changes, when I was very clear from Day One that we were doing all this at our local hospital and not here at home. It's like one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I had asked for a different company and next time, I will be more adamant. Frustrating.

Option Care Health's Clinical Transition Specialist, Yuliana C, RN is extremely professional, attentive, and ensured that I was well informed about what to do and expect from Option Care. She went above and beyond to make sure that I understand the process of administering my medications and the cost associated with Options Care's services. I truly appreicate her reassuring and competent approach. Should I ever have the need to ultiize these services again in the future (and I hope not) I would have no qualms about working with this company again.
