The new machines were a very bad purchase! They actually prolong donation times.

The workers on the floor are either great or lazy and incompetent; leaving the good worker to work harder.

Don't know what has happened with this place but you definitely can sense a change in the atmosphere.

Take better care of your employees especially the veterans workers and the hard workers! Get rid of the paycheck collectors.

And, I don't know what the use of appointments are because I see people go ahead of me all of the time even though I had an appointment and finished on the kiosk before them. Well, I can say that I've learned patience coming here now knowing I'm gonna be here no less than 2.5 hours. Thankfully, the compensation is decent; not as good as last year, but decent.when I actually get paid and it's the correct amount.

Sometimes I just want to scream "do anyone freaking see me! " as I wait for my machine to be restarted or get disconnected.

Good morning. I just want to know why is it e everytimes I called I can never get anyone on the phone I dont like this cause of u have person answering the phone to talk with people why when I call all the time no one never answer the phone kmt

Staff is super nice! Now that appointments are mandatory there are no more line cutters or super long lines. Pay is better than ever and youre in and out quicker too with new machines. Alrick is my go to guy hes never missed my stick!

Its suppose to be by appointment only but most of the people dont have appointments (because we talk sbout it in line) so when i make an appointment they dont honor it. And as they are suppose to be appointment only they are not following national guidelines. Guess it needs to be reported.

Every time I call this location nobody answers the phone. It’s not broken because once in a while they do answer. They are ignoring their donors. I have to drive 20 minutes away just to see if I can donate because they refuse to pick up the phone and answer questions. So in the event that I’m unable to donate, I have to drive 40 minutes for nothing when I could’ve stayed home and asked them over the phone. When I am able to donate they are usually not busy, so why is picking up the phone such an issue? This has been a horrible inconvenience for me. On top of this, when I am in the donation center many of the staff are either very rude or just straight up ignore you.

Staff is really nice. Must say Marie & Hernaldo are awesome! They always provide me a wonderful experience!

Takes longer and longer everytime and the staff loves to treat you like an idiot over any questions you ask. They are rude and slow and its getting harder and harder to convince myself to go each time.they tell you the process takes a couple hours for repeat donors this is simply not true they take over 2 hours just to screen you, that doesnt include the time it takes to donate.

A marked improvement over their previous location. Dont come in to donate if youre in a rush, that may raise your blood pressure then you wouldn't be able to donate at all! Lovely staff and comfortable climate. Yani is the best on the intake and Alrick is the best sticker!

Came back after a long time away and seen alot of new faces even the rookies got it down to a science. Shouts out to the new girl Taylor. Like to call her Steady T bcuz you feel nothing when she sticks you. Makes u comfortable and all. If it were my first time i woulda sworn she had been there for at least 2 years

Place a great place to do "An Act Of Kindeness! " You not only are helping save lives, but, you get compensated for your time. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, but, very professional. My facoritefis Marie Sylne. I use be afraid Everytine I'm I went in. Since Marie and she assisted, I realize, she was the No #1. No pain at all! I'm never afraid knowing she is there!

Be prepared for at least a 2hr wait, patience is a virtue. The staff is very friendly and beneficial especially David he is my favorite employee there. Biotest helps to save lives and I'm glad that I can help someone live a better life.

I’m writing this because I had a great recent experience with the techs named Alaric & Yayetta. They were so professional and caring. They’re both very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very impressed. Thanks to the both of you

So bad. Rude attendants. Bad customer service. Wait for 4 hours! Appointments mean nothing here, you still wait for hours. They run out of supplies. They pay you less each time. Terrible place!

Horrible first experience. Takes extremely long and the process does take longer than it should. But they tried to help me as much as possible. But I felt really sick with the donation, it's been 2 days and I still feel really tired and worn out. Be prepared to wait a really Long time

Used to be good about two month ago.
THIS place came under bad management.
They hired a manager that does care. He fired a lot of employees for cost cutting reasons.
Current wait time is 4-5 hour even in the morning.
Employees are inconsiderate. They probably got a pay cut.
They Ask plasma this is going to hell

Great way to make extra money. Just wish it didn't take so long. When it's busy you can wait up to 2 hours.

I have no idea why everyone below is saying this place is horrible. I’m sitting here now as a new donor at 4: 30pm and I couldn’t find one thing wrong. The wait is long but that is to be expected and I was told when I came in the timeline. The staff was great and clean. Very friendly people who kept letting me know how many were ahead of me. Great place to help
People out and make some extra money when needed. Great staff makes the waiting not bad at all.

This place is a great place I love it here everybody is so friendly and funny and they make you feel so comfortable if you ever go there say I sent you my name is henryyyterberg or say I refer you okay thanks

Better looking office now but way more confusion. Very disheartening. Staff is nice and we'll manored. Scary when you hear the staff say that they don't know what to do when it's your chart. Hopefully things will get better or I do not think I come here much more.

The employee named Kerry there is a nasty scum of thearth person. She didnt let us dose twice already because she is scum. I hope she gets fired she is a nasty person. And she does it because she knows the donors need the money. Thats how scummy she is.
