Biscayne Cove Condominium, Aventura FL

Inconsiderate neighbors smoke marijuana and cigars right next to their front doors and it permeates on the hallways carpets and comes in through the air vents. We had to buy air purifiers for every room and even then the smell of smoke on the hallways and in our apartment is horrible and affecting our child. Management sends e-mails to remind residents not to smoke, which are ineffective. The views are nice but that’s where the appeal ends. You hear all your neighbors past 10pm moving furniture, people throw trash everywhere. There are a lot of restrictions on when you can have items delivered and the quantity.

Edit: the administration has assisted with the neighbor smoking and after a couple of years, it seems to be improving! The balconies and windows are also getting replaced. Hopefully after that’s all done it will make a big difference as well!

I love my condo, the view and my neighbors. The Front desk security are great like Mark, Rose, Robert, and the crew that keeps are building, hallways, and laundry rooms clean daily. This is a great community to live. Cheers

It was a great building in the late 90's and early 2000's. The staff was the best. Cristina, the accountant in the office was efficient and knowledgeable. Victor, the buildings manager was professional and personable. These days is quite the opposite, new staff and manager are unreliable. HOA's Board of Directors are rude and ignore the rest of the owners.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Management is horrible, slow, and inconsiderate. Very Unfortunate because the view is about a 4/5 stars and your paying 3 grand plus a month.
