Biscayne Palm Club, Homestead FL

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from biscayne palm club for the remainder of my years in Homestead, Flordia, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students looking for housing. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience and with biscayne palm clubit’s all in the service. I couldn’t be happier!

This community is quiet and safe! Perfect for small families with kids or an elderly couples that wants a community they can relax in. The units are spacious and affordable. Jocelyn and her new staff are doing amazing and I see big changes. Thank you to you and your staff for being so friendly and respectful.

These apartments are very affordable, maintenance is well equipped and very quick with their response to problem that may occur while staying here. The pool is always clean and I always find parking close to my apartment.

I am apartment hunting, and I came across Biscayne Palm Club. I am very impressed with the place. Ms. Lopez attended to me, and she was very polite, sweet and answered all my questions and concerns. The apartment is in a perfect setting, do not let the review fool you, I really like this area. Ms. Lopez made me feel at ease and comfortable with all her answers, I appreciate the time she took to explain the process, and show me around the property; THANK YOU, Excited for the future!

I've been leaving here for a few years and the transformation in this property is great.the manager is very nice, helpful, understanding great person over all.ever since they changed the management everything looks great you will be surprised.the property is old but once you look inside you wouldn't even imagine how upgraded it looks.and the rent is very affordable the lowest in town.

Came to them during a time in need and they welcomed me with open arms. These apartments are meant to help people who have lower income obviously not a luxury apartment but Jocelyn was extremely understanding to my situation and was very professional during the entire process. Although I did not stay for long since I had to move for work I am forever grateful for the help that I received from this company. Thank you to Jocelyn and everyone in the office I highly recommend this building if you are looking for an affordable apartment.

The neighborhood is very quiet the ppl are friendly and it's a great place to visit and live I see how the ppl are so polite and it's very quiet
