I wholeheartedly trust and look forward to the intentional and experienced care from all of the OBGYN’s at Bitran Rivera Tendler. There is no one I would trust more with my care and the delivery of my children. Dr. Tendler has again made me feel safe and excited for my birthing experience. As a team, it is easy to know that they care and know what they are doing. I would suggest the practice to anyone expecting, or anyone looking for exceptional OBGYN’s.

Dr Bitran and his staff are wonderful, I drove over 3 hrs to see him and it was the best decision regarding picking him as my doctor, and I can’t say enough good things regarding him and all the staff who are all wonderful.

I cannot say enough great things about this practice. They made me feel comfortable throughout my whole pregnancy. I wanted an all natural birth and the doctors helped me achieve my goals. They were there every step of the way and we’re very transparent throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I have been Dr. Bitran’s patient for 32 years he is very professional and courteous. I find him to be very knowledgeable in his field and I have great respect for him. His office staff is very polite and thorough. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for an excellent OBGYN group.

I met Dr. Bitran few days ago, all I can say he is a great doctor. Spends a lot of his personal time explaining, very detailed oriented, caring, has a big heart, professional. Dr. Bitran’s team is exceptional. I am highly recommending this office.

I liked the place but the doctor took a long time to see me. Apart from that, it was an exaggeration and they charged me for the consultation. They told me over the phone that the consultation was 500 dollars. When I went to pay, they charged me 750 dollars. It seemed like a robbery to me because what happened to me? Well, it was just an ultrasound scan. I won't go there again. Besides, they didn't accept my insurance. I'm very upset because the doctor's care wasn't worth that much.

The office staff specifically the receptionist at the first window is rude and unwelcoming. If the staff was improved easily 5 stars because the doctors are good.

2nd time I’ve gotten confirmation text for appointments and when I arrive the office staff is telling me otherwise. Honestly get it together, very unorganized. Rather than apologize for the confusion they would rather argue to tell you they don’t see your appointment when you show them proof.

I had a remarkable experience at Dr Bitran Rivera Tendler office. The staff was exceptionally professional and compassionate, making me feel at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Rivera's expertise and genuine care were evident, providing thorough explanations and addressing all my concerns. The clinic's atmosphere was welcoming, their understanding and the attention to detail in patient care truly set them apart. Thank you guys for everything you do!

Doctor Bitran he is an excellent GYN doctor very pleasant and knowledgeable I love his service. However the office employees are not well trained and donot let customer patients know in advanced about the waiting expectations the waiting time is always 2 hours in the waiting room
I found this waiting time unacceptable
People have their own agenda like me I have to go back to work today I be going to work very late
This was not the first experience of the 2 hours wait

I’ve been a patient for Dr Rivera for 17 years now and he continues to provide excellent care for his clients. Very knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to listen and explain. I will continue with him for another 17.

You know how it is important when you are a woman to have THE good one! He is my doctor I trust him so much!

If I could leave 8 stars I would. This is a lengthy review but worth the read if you’re looking for a new gyn or you’re a 1st time expecting mother.

My 1st time here was for an annual gyn visit with Dr. Mauricio Bitran. The environment was very welcoming. The medical assistant greeted me with a huge smile and was very friendly. Dr. Bitran has great bedside manors and took his time obtaining my history to get to know his patient. Surprisingly, almost 2 months later I was back at the office for a pregnancy confirmation - where I met Dr. Mitchell Bitran (son) and ever since I must say all of my appts have been magical haha. Meeting, Dr. Mitchell I instantly felt as if I was a family friend. He’s very funny which makes the appts exciting, he’s very informative/thorough and it’s like he’s a natural teacher. I learn so much out of my visits with him. I was recently at the office with my family who came in from NY and he took the time out to complete an ultrasound in order for my family to see my baby. I’m so grateful my family had the opportunity to meet Dr. Mitchell and see the baby live on ultrasound. The visit was very informative and we all learned so much. I can’t fall short on leaving a review of Dr. Tendler, who is so sweet! He’s also very informative and we even went as far back as discussing ancestors! Great bedside manors as well and very thorough. Nurse practitioner Melissa has a great response time when answering messages, she’s very sweet and gets things done effectively. Honestly, I can’t be more grateful to have found such an amazing team during my pregnancy and what will be my delivery.
