BJ's Gas Station, Cutler Bay FL

I left the house to pump gas at this station and didn't return home until 2 hours later. The pumps were dispensing gas cent by cent and it took me 16 mins to fill up my tank from the time I started pumping. You can imagine how long it was taking the other cars that are much bigger than my small sedan. Every pump was having the same issues and not one person was happy at this station. Also unlike previous times, the pump did not stop pumping gas once the tank was full and gas splashed out of the pump and on to my legs. I had to take a shower to get it all off afterwards. I would've preferred that they close the station to fix their faulty machines instead of subjecting drivers to this experience. Especially since the space is narrow and it's almost impossible to back out and leave if you decide waiting isn't worth it. I would give zero stars if I could.

All pump stations are disinfected and maintained throughout the day. Keep up the great work!

Great prices, fast and crowded but worth it. It has a wide big area and a lot of parking spaces and exits that makes it really comfortable to fuel, shop and drive around.

If you have a BJs card, this is the place to get gas.

Getting in and out is okay. There is a light right at the entrance.

Queuing up is a chore. When there is a line, selecting the queue is difficult. You want to pull into the last queue to allow other people in from the main road, but that is not always practical.

I think they could do a better job with the entrance. Maybe connect the BJ parking lot to the queues or something.

Getting out is not bad since it is right at the light. I often see people turn short to the right on marlin and ride the curb. I don't think that would be a good thing in a truck. And certainly not a good thing with a boat.

If turning left east bound consider traffic coming towards you from home depot. Seems that column isn't always paying attention so be careful.

The price to members is fine but the main advantage for me is the security of the transactions.

This is a hit or miss. Their pumps are slow or they are working great. Have had lanes closed from lack of gas or pumps not working. If an long line you can bet the pumps are going to be slow.

It's almost always packed but the savings are pretty good if you are a BJ's member

Gas is always cheap and the location is close to my house. The staff is not always available though, many times they go missing.

Tried to see if I could get in to a snack or a drink after walk from local clinic and therapy and was told in front door I needed a membership card to enter and turned away.

Sometimes I find other gas stations in town for the same price. This should not occur if your a member it should get you a discount on the gas rate.
