4It should be noted that the phone number on this link is incorrect, so being that 3 of the reviews are nobody answers, that makes sense. It connects to a BJs call center that is probably not manned during covid shutdown, not the shop. Call BJs Wholesale and select the Tire Center and they answer. Other than that, you should set an appointment and recognize that the cheap prices are available because they only have a small number of mechanics. Plan for it, charge your phone before you go. The work is performed well and they make sure you are satisfied with the product before you leave.

Shoddy service
Went to get a tire rotation 03/13. After the manager "inspected" he said it was a nail and a new tire was required. Turns out it was a tack and I would have spent a 150 bucks for nothing. Will definitely not be recommending or returning to the tire center.
Only one guy working the entire tire shop (EVERYTHING) 5 hours to change a wheel.
