BJ's Tire Center, Miami FL

Had 2 sets of tires on 2 cars put on within 6 months. The process for buying online, setting up appointment and getting them installed was 5 stars. However, there after installation care is 1 star. According to them, they do not electronically record the mileage when you installed the tire or rotate them, its all on paper and its "too much effort" for them to look it up. So good luck figuring out when you need your tires rotated (which you need to do for warranty) unless you remember it yourself. Then good luck getting them to pick up the phone when you call to make an appointment for rotating, then good luck even more when they tell you they need an original receipt to be able to get them rotated, because "they cant look it up". The tire prices here are not the best, but i decided to try because of the rotation etc they give after the fact, but the huge hassle is not worth it. No more tires from BJ's.

Horrible customer service, I needed to mount 4 tires and I had a flat and they would not mount them because I had bought them from another website company. They said it was.a liability issue.bs to me! I am a paying customer and member.they saw I had my daughter.with me and a flat tire.that mattered nothing to them. Extremely upset and probably will never buy anything from them again. As a company there could be exceptions, especially if you see a child is being affected as well. Back to Costco or Sam's for me.
