17 To the store manager or someone up there who cares
You need to train your manager INDIRA and customer service associate Melissa
Why? If done in any other bjs store or store in general, if I have original receipt, but not the credit card used on hand, the store cannot take items back and do the refund to the card used on the purchase
Don't make sense you cannot do it
All major stores do
The west Kendall store does
And you need the original card to swipe to do the refund?
Your big competition such Walmart number 1 in customer service and online pick up, should teach your people.on how to be the best online pick up and customer service
Your online pick up is the worst overall
We purchased online items and then they are.refunded cause not available suddenly so who mistake is? Lazy associatw didn't go and get or your warehouse manager not doing his job
why you offer a service which get lots of headache of disappointment
Every time I have ordered, partial or.all order is refunded
So I waste my trip
And even your employees claimed that you called me to inform.
When you update pick up ready by text messages
Then also update your system by sending a cancelation message as well in order to avoid my waste of time to go to your store and get disappointed once again
Love this place. Huge parking lot with enough spaces to park. The employees are not very helpful and i think they need more training in customer service skills. The Manager had to help me look for cofee because no one knew what isle that was in. But other than that, this place is pretty nicecand neat inside.
Customer service from hell, called 3 times to speak with store manager, put on hold and then they hang up the phone.
Promised something that they did not deliver. Their toll free number has an outsourced customer service that said someone would call me back. Nobody did until now. Avoid at all costs.
My dad lost his wallet in the parking lot in front of the tire service area and a good person found it and gave it to the customer service. They call us and we were able to get it back with all his documents and credit cards. We are so grateful of the person who found it and the representatives involved. THANKS!
Good prices, produce and service. It’s better to shop during the week, as the weekend gets busy and the lines can be long.
This review is about the Bjs on 16200 sw and Kendall.in Miami 33193, they are getting worse everyday, now they are false.advertising products, like the Samsung Galaxy gear smart watch, if you go you.the store they are advertising it for. $189.99, but when you go to the cashier it shows $269.99, then when you show them the picture of their advertising at $189.99, then they.say that they don't have more. Funny thing is that they still have the advertising at $189.99 after a few days. Shame on you Bjs, if you have to lie to keep members. BAD thing is that it is in my neighborhood. They should close and leave the space for real business to come.to this growing area of Kendall.
Customer service is non existent! I'm at this moment still on hold for tire center. Lady answered phone after 8mins. I said I needed a car battery. She said 'car battery? Hold on'. Been on hold since. What's the point of having a phone? I've called this store on the home phone, I've attempted being patched up to other depts, bakery, optical, receiving, member services and tire center. For the duration of my holding to no avail. Check out the pictures I've attached.
This is Surreal. At 1hr 7mins Marco kindly answered phone call I informed him I was placed on hold by a lady at tire dept and would like to speak to a supervisor.
Within 2 mins supervisor Talia Rodríguez answers and tells me 'I'm on the phone now what would you like me to do? ' I said, acknowledge that this long wait is an issue then an apology would be due or rather appreciated then a quote on my cars battery. She said 'um yeah can't give you a quote because the dept is now closed'.
Request to speak to manager Talia said manager was indisposed at the moment. Eventually Manager Mora answered call requested my details to call me back with an answer. Called me back 10mins thereafter and informed me that they do not carry my vehicle battery (151R). Corporate will be getting a complaint on this. No manager should be expected to extinguish every fire. That's why you higher workers. Something so easy became a corporate headache.
There is no shopping carts at the door, they are all spread around the parking lot. When I told the two people that were working at the door they completely ignored me

My old manager is fine as hell. Yeaa. But besides all that, it is a good store to purchase items from and great deals
I can't seem to ever find help for products in aisles. How do I get CUSTOMER service in this stpre?
I have been trying to get in touch with the tire department and nobody answer the phone. I was transfer to a Supervisor and was the same, nobody answer the phone to take care of my problem.
Not worth it. Publix and Winn Dixie regularly have better prices on many items, even the large size/bulk/bundled quantities. The gas prices aren't that great either. Can usually save a few cents a gallon, but the local surrounding stations usually have comparable pricing and a few are actually lower than BJ's at times. Other clubs are better (i.e. Costco) in terms of pricing and quality.
Please be carefull when you put gas on this site. My debit car was cloned in this gas station and used in other gas station. I tried to communicate with the Customer Service and other Departments to report the issue and nobody answer.
Surprise! I had an appointment. How they have possibly been unprepared and understaffed to accommodate me?

July 6th, 2017 5: 23pm. Awful service in the tire service place.
I arrived with my flat tire trying to find a solution to this issue and the guy in charge told me without heard me: "I cant handle nothing at this time, I'm too much busy now. So, please go across the street and see if Tire Kingdom can help you out with your issue" He turn around and leaving me with my word in my mound. Unbelievable, you went to your Membership and daily convenience store to find help and you can't found it. This is not what a Member of BJ's deserve, and its not what BJ's give everyday.
