BJ's Wholesale Club, Pembroke Pines FL

I love BJs but their grocery pickup process is always an issue for me. The app never works to check in so I have to end of going inside which defeats the purpose and convenience of curbside pickup. Please work on this guys. Love BJs and their products but your curbside is painful.

I wasn't going to post but I think it's important that members have transparency as I am genuinely upset. Please take caution when getting you tires done at this location as I've had an awful experience. I wasn't going to get upset about my appointment for 11 am starting late at 1130 am because there was only one tech in the shop. When I came back for my car and new tires about an hour later, I didn't notice until I got home but there were these ring of scratches around my rims. Every single one of my rims were scratched and this is upsetting because I've been a loyal BJs customer for a while. Not only were my tires scratched but the tech took my aftermarket tire gauge caps and gave me some wholesale cheap plastic ones when mine were personally bought and sentimental from my last duty station in California. Still waiting to hear back from the management team about resolving this issue but this is not ok and I advise you to take caution before using this location. I use to install tires on rims and this is pure negligence.

WORST BJS I'VE EVER BEEN TOO. WENT THERE WASTED MY TIME AND GAS YOU CANT FIND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Never has cashiers, deli has the worse customer service. Always closes early, lazy employees just n the deli depth.

I am very happy I became a member and signed up for one of their credit cards if you take advantage of their coupons and everything that they offer you can get some really good deals and save a lot of money and their app is very easy to use to clip the coupons and they added to your membership card

Recently bought a brand new SimpliSafe Security system in the store and when I went to set it up noticed that it had been used. All the sensors had the double sided tape worn out and would not stick. SimpliSafe had to send me almost an entire new kit in order for it to work.

Needed help getting an out of stock item after the sale was over, Fernando was very professional and helped me out. Amazing customer service!

I called the store 7 times to try to reach customer service and never got through! Tires, Meat, hung up on and just pain old no answer!

Pretty decent BJ's location. Kind of small. I'd recently signed up with BJ's and took advantage of their $25b membership for a year. So I had to go in and get my card and stayed awhile to see all they sold. Growing up my grandmother had membership cards to all 3 (BJ's, Sam's and Costco) and she would always say how they each offered something differently. So I had to go in and get my card and stayed awhile to see all they sold.

A lot of stuff was out of stock but I am sure that that was due to the pandemic. Freezer section was kind of scarce as well. However while it lacked a lot of things, I also saw that they offered a lot more things than Sam's. Now I am not much of an Egg waffle eater because I don't really care for them but the Eggs thick and fluffy with Madagascar vanilla is something to not be slept on. This was my first time ever seeing this but I saw it here. They may very sell these at Publix or Winn-Dixie but again I don't really frequent the frozen breakfast aisle.

Nevertheless if I come to BJ's for nothing else but these Eggo's, I will be there. I will definitely have to try out another location as well. Perhaps a bigger to see what else they have compared to this one since they have the shelf space.

I wake up early to go when they just opened because is when they have Clorox wipes available but there is none. When I am paying I see a lady with two packages of Clorox wipes and I asked an employee and they say they open earlier for seniors. I am pregnant so I am a high risk person too and I ask if I can come also earlier to be able to get at least a package of clorox and they say no. So they only ones that have the right to get clorox wipes are the senior citizens? Totally on unfair.

This location always seems to have restocking issues. Sunday no thawed chicken at at all (empty). They advertised the tiki torches and if your lucky 2 in stock. Grinder seasoning for bar bque (gone). Head of cauliflower (none).

Seemed to be everything I wanted was not in stock.

No one ever picks up the phone in the member services. Even in store slow and rude member services. Clipped digital coupons do not work on online orders. Bakery items like bagels not available for online order.
