They put a membership charge on my Credit card without my Authorization! Normally I renew the next month after it ends and was always with my consent. What if I moved and had NO INTENTION of renewing. Never should a company charge you're credit card without your approval. Now I cannot reach any one on phone. On hold 16 minutes been transferred twice. Still no one answers.

Work for advantage inside bjs for at least 7 months. Working for them was a hassle. I miss Shawn he was really nice to me. I miss Christine an Michelle an Elizabeth and Manny. However Mark the general manager he needs to learn to handle conflicts that happen inside the work place a lil better. My family are members of bjs whole club. That's were we get our bulk foods from. I was loyal to company that didn't care too much for me. Anyhow I found another job! I'm not gone talk bad bout bjs cause I have friends that work there an my whole family shops there. Just Waited to state something I strongly believe Shawn Simpson needs a raise because he's really nice to people no matter who they are an he needs to be recognized! I love an respect you Shawn Simpson you made my work at bjs fun an less stressful by making me smile just saying hi.an you work so hard you deserve better!

Brian, Shawn and the other guy who’s name I didn’t catch in customer order fulfillment were fantastic. Management, these men should be recognized for their hard work and dedication to customer service. Really great first experience at BJs.

There is no savings here. They have marked up their prices 50 to 100%. Do your research… Publix and Walmart are cheaper… much cheaper.

Disappointed after switching from Costco. I just threw away like the 10th WF organic milk container for the baby - Rotten! Date is 11-10-23 n it’s bad. I just bought it. This happens much too often here! I was wondering why our baby was throwing up. Now I don’t have to wonder anymore! However you guys are handling your shipments is not okay.

Terrible car battery experience. First, I ask the door person where they were. I was told the completely wrong spot. Then the price labels were a joke. Then I brought my old battery to avoid a core charge and was told to pay the fee Then wait on the customer service line. Then I received a credit that won't go back for 3 days. Don't go there

I frequent this place all the time and this time I had to review this place! The older guy in the Deli I think he is Spanish never gets it right! I just old him 3x how I wanted my meat cut and he still got it wrong he needs to retire.

This place really sucks. Today was my first day there and the experience was awful. I had used the app to purchase items. My husband showed the scanning bar on my phone to the cashier. Then at the exit it was shown to the associate. It turns out the device the associate was using indicated that all the items need to be scanned. The exit line got so long and the associate was blaming my husband when it was only our first time being there. I gave the associate some of my attitude and told him he needs to cut us some slack because it was only our first time there and that they should have more employees to check out customers! His tone changed and was more understanding, he said that the device indicated that one item wasn’t scanned but never said which one so he had to scan everything over and over again until he finally got it. I told him it’s not your fault, it’s management’s fault for not hiring more employees, he agreed. This is not acceptable, I’ve been shopping at Sam’s Club for years and this never happened to us. The only plus about this place is that it had more Hispanic food, milk, and creamer options. Sam’s Club will remain my go to place and I recommend Sam’s Club.

Awesome place to shop with amazing prices. Their app is very convenient for online shopping and for they coupons. You can even place orders for pick or delivery. It's very simple to check prices as well. The store is very clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out. They have so many registers open whether you want a person helping you or self checkout. Never a long line. Overall, I would recommend this place to family and friends to enjoy their shopping experience.

I'm normally a big BJs fan and have shopped at BJs for a few decades. But purchases on my last trip were poor. The apple pie proved to be an applesauce pie and the roasted chicken was tough and seemed to be cooked while still frozen.

Deborah (licensed optician) was a gem to my husband & I. She picked out the perfect pair of glasses & sunglasses. Deborah knows glasses! She made me realize that I’ve been wearing the wrong style of glasses. Thank you for being patient and kind.

Love the place, but I feel the customers get so rude and entitled when it comes to gas. They cut you off and start road raging for no reason. Chill, everyone's waiting as well.

A new store to us we are from Indiana so they had a nice clothing selection. The food selection was good too.

Terrible check out system you scan pay a go, but at the door every item must be scan by the employee, not a few items every Item.the time saved at scan and go it's wasted at the exit.terrible. Stephanie at the exit door and manager JC were clueless as what to do when an item did not scan, we waited a few minutes until some other employee came to help.will never come back, I will continue being a customer at Sam's Club.great scan and go and great employees with awesome customer service.
