Black Angus Steakhouse, Kissimmee FL

We visited Black Angus Steakhouse while vacationing in Orlando. We had reservations for 7 at 6: 30pm and were seated promptly. Our server was Lola and she was AWESOME! She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had the ribeye and shrimp special, two members of our party had the prime rib, one member had the surf and turf, one member had chicken fettuccine, and the rest had kids meals. We had the crab stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. Everything was served hot and timely without making us feel rushed. Food was excellent all the way around.

Poor service. Steak not cooked to my liking then took 10mins to get a server to assist. So much for Family friendly - not an ideal Thanksgiving.

The steaks are not quality cuts of meats! The food is horrible and the place is dirty and disgusting. Way over priced! My family will never eat at this establishment or any Black Angus restaurant ever again.

One of the best steaks I ever had, the salad was so good and fresh great service. Definitely coming back

Service and food very good! Had Early Bird steak with shrimp. Wonderful meal for reasonable price. Will definitly go again.

Customer Service Is Supposed To Be Priority.
I have my brother visit from NYC and bring him to this BAS. The (indian) waiter has no mask on and when asked to "Please" wear one he states
"I don't have one" when there are clearly masks on several waiters and
available in the kitchen. Horrendous customer service.
You lost another customer. All hail your genius of a governor.

Horrible. Worst filet mignon ever, and was not cooked as ordered. Garlic mash potatoes were bland. How is that even possible? Oh, and the waiter's masked stayed under his nose which I find to be more gross than not wearing a mask at all. Definitely not worth the money.

Way over priced for area, many equal choices nearby. Food, presentation and staff were 5 star. Just a tourist trap pricing. I can eat 1/2 of the price at a competing chop house

NY strip steak is great. Staff was quick and attentive. Ended up eating here a few times during my trip to Florida.

Food was good, but our experience was not. I called to make a reservation for a group of 7 at 8pm, the host answered and said there were tables open, and took my name down. When we got there, had to wait 15 min until the host arrived at the front desk, there were people coming in, so we ended up being shoved to the corner, finally checking in after everybody else who came in after us. Even though I called ahead, they didn't even have my name down for a table. They gave us a buzzer and told us 15-20 min wait, and will notify us when a table is ready, the host asked us to hangout in the store next door or outside in our car. It's been 45 min, the buzzer didn't go off, went back to check at the front desk and we were the only ones not seated, families that came after us already got seated including larger families. The host came back and because we asked, they finally gave us a table at 9: 15. Had to rush eating, because it was nearing 10pm when the food came out, and we were given our check within 20-30min of our food arriving.

Was a awesome experience going there for the first time. Our waitress Stacie was wonderful made sure you had everything you needed. When we are in that area again we will be there to enjoy the best steak ever.

Great service and so delicious, melt in your mouth steak! It was a great early Anniversary treat!

Five star service. We shared the filet medallion meal. Great flavor but a little over cooked. The kids pepperoni pizza was perfect. We will definitely visit again if we are in Orlando.

Food was really good but the service wasn't so great. Took us 15 minutes before someone even greeted us. Then our food was dropped off and no check in after another 15 minutes and we needed steak sauce and something else. We won't come back

Our waitress Stacey was great; understanding, and helpful.
However, issues were from the kitchen and bar. I had a Jack & Coke, the bar tender had not checked his condiments. I had an old lime that was discolored and smelling off.
We had a party of six and half the meals were less than tasty. The steaks had no seasoning (salt or pepper), but cooked correctly. My daughter asked for spaghetti and meatballs (I know at a Steakhouse) and got penne and meatballs (Foodies know the difference).
The appetizers were good. Salad was wilted (soggy). For the price I was looking for more then what was served to us.

Omgggg this was soooooo good! The salad was delicious, the rolls with the honey butter is just the best. And the prime rib, ohhhh the prime rib is the best I've ever had. It was cooked perfectly and it was tender and juicy and full of fat just like I like it! Our server was amazing too. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and vibe and I definitely recommend it, especially the prime rib! You won't go wrong with anything you choose here!
