Black Creek Trail reviews
12Excellent mechanics excellent people very friendly employees been here for years about in several scooters from them
Excellent trail for a light walk, jog, or simply relax & watch ppl & boats, all for free. You're situated opposite of the marina where there are some benches you can sit & watch the crazy marina things. The marina has a small, tight footprint for todays population, sure to have that one jerk creating a scene. It'll be like a reality TV show, drama, comedy & everything in between. Bring a gopro & after a few days, you'll have plenty of materials to sell to one of them reality shows. Check the water carefully for crocs & manatees. Yes, i said Croc & Manatees. Walk the short trail to the end for a scenic treat. Bring your fishing gear as you can fish there. On loe tides you can walk past the end of the trail, pretty neat! The place is maintained very clean, abundant parking, best of all pooch friendly. There's a restaurant on the marina side if you feel a need for an ice cold beer or byob to enjoy around various bbq set ups along the trail. Enjoy!
The morning walks are always the best. If you take the boat out, definitely be mindful of the manatees that also chill in the area
Really fun. Lots of animals around, so drive carefully. Great for picnics, walks, and biking.
Beautiful view, nice open area -excellent for fishing, with this small island perfect for shoreline fishing- fresh/salt water.
Nice area to fish. The small island allows you to fish from the shore from several points. Freshwater and saltwater fish.
Good place to walk for a while. The best thing is that you can take your four-legged friend
We're in town for a family get-together and every time we have been at Black Creek it's always great food, thanks again and a big thank you to the staff
If your in there area and looking for a spot to take a nice bicycle ride or a nice walk either by your self or family, I highly recommend the Black Creek Trail. This little extension of land into the ocean is a wonderful, very serene and calming walk. If you are there at the right moment, you may even get a glimpse of the most wonderful cows of the sea, the Manatees. I fond these creatures to be so peaceful and certainly a wonderful addition to the ecosystem in Florida. There is a lot of wildlife that you can catch a glimpse of as you walk through the park. With the nice ocean breeze blowing on you and the scent of the ocean, you will certainly walk out of there with a renewed mind. Definitely worth the visit. The site is also very clean.
Absolutely gorgeous trail and park. Looks like it was recently renovated. Part of the biscayne national park
Excellent walk to go with the family, you can enjoy nature, go with comfortable clothes and shoes because to get to the end and see the sea you have to walk a bit but it's worth it. There are tables with seats and grills to make barbecues. Good place to spend a Sunday with family and children. It is also an excellent place to go fishing.
Black Creek trail is honestly a really nice one to be on. It starts from 184th st and stretches about I believe about a total of 8.5 to 9 miles long depending on where you stop at. I absolutely love it because it extremely peaceful especially when you take it all the way to the water. I have gone back and forth on this trail starting from 216th st right by the turnpike because of where I live many times and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. You can fish at the end or just sit and enjoy the calm and nice breeze and salty ocean breathe. Highly recommend this area for sure. Only slight downer is the fact that it isn't longer but that's okay. For once I actually have pictures so enjoy!
