Probably the best massage I've ever had. I got a deep tissue massage because my son recommended it, but I was a bit hesitant because I have had some painful deep tissues before. Ana Maria was amazing, applying just the right amount of pressure at just the right speed. She is truly gifted! And now my deep tissue phobia is cured.:) I will be back.

My husband really enjoyed the Deep Tissue massage, so relaxing and he never felt better. Annamaria was so very professional. Will return again soon.

Best massage I’ve ever received. The masseuse was so attentive, clearly well experienced and overall just gave good energy! Will highly recommend!

Anna is definitely a great worker.
She takes care of her clients.
She communicates to them to she where she can help ease their pain in their bodies.

And she is very kind as well unlike most people in Miami. Lol

I never post reviews and this is the first time I am ever posting a review. As I was receiving my first deep tissue massage here, I realized I never had a real massage until now. Annamaria has a gift and I hope everyone experiences her massages. I can't ever go back to another massage.

I recently had an experience with this service that left me feeling quite dissatisfied. While the actual treatment was long and seemed effective, the pricing structure and communication were far from ideal.

Initially, I was charged a $100 deposit and then an additional $200 on the day of service, totaling $300. The post on IG promoting the tshock said $199 special, It came as a surprise to me that these were considered separate services for different body parts, each priced at $199. It wasn't made clear to me beforehand, and I didn't appreciate the added cost after the fact.

I understand that the provider worked hard during the treatment, but it's crucial to manage expectations and communicate transparently with clients. The addition of the arms as a separate service could have been mentioned before, not as a surprise after the treatment.

While I don't want to question the effort put into the service, I feel that my expectations and concerns weren't taken into account. I would have been a loyal customer, but the lack of clarity in pricing and the sudden revelation of additional charges left me feeling disappointed.

The provider apologized for the misunderstanding, but I hope this review serves as constructive feedback to improve their communication and pricing practices in the future. I appreciate the service but believe there is room for improvement in managing client expectations.

Annamaria is a supremely amazing massage therapist. She's so good at what she does. I feel instantly relaxed and refreshed every time I go. Excellent service, friendly, very professional.

I just visited the new location for Black Lotus and had a fabulous massage from Annamarie. The new place is lovely and Annamarie really knows how to get all the kinks out during a massage. Definitely plan on returning.

I did a therapeutic massage for tight muscles and it was perfect pressure, release and relaxation.

Amazing experience all around!

Booked a neck/shoulder + reiki treatment for both my husband and I, it was our first time getting this treatment. What an experience it was! We both went home and had 2 pages worth of notes to write in our journal. So many emotions experienced, so many blockages removed. This is definitely a great add on to anyone’s healing journey.

I’ve also had cryo and full body massage treatments with Annamaria - simply amazing.

Just had the most amazing massage at Black Lotus Spa! Annamaria knew exactly what areas to attend to. The music was soothing & created a very relaxed atmosphere. In my line of work, this is much needed. I will definitely be returning.

My husband surprised me with a spa day and some me time. Was quite impressed with the service Annamaria provided. The atmosphere was amazing and I felt so refreshed and relaxed. My husband knows I’m very picking about the places I go. However, this was a 10 rating across the board. My body feels so different and I am definitely looking forward to going back for a v-sting and foot detox. I will be interesting into myself monthly here moving forward!
